  • Criminal relief is a possibility for an aggravated felony. If you have been deported due to an aggravated felony and you want to petition for your spouse, it is important to understand the challenges and limitations you may face. Deportation due to an aggravated felony can have serious consequences and can significantly impact your ability to sponsor your spouse for immigration benefits. However, it is not an absolute bar to petitioning for your spouse. #criminalrelief #immigration #tiktoklawyer #immigrationattorney #leadgeneration #longervideos #deportation @Brian D. Lerner

As an aggravated felon, you would not be eligible for that particular waiver. However, there may be others that you may be eligible for and it might be possible to vacate or reduce the criminal convection. You can call Office for consultation.

Hello. First of all, you should contact my office for a consultation at 562-495-0554. This particular crime makes you an aggravated felon and makes it so that you can never come back as a lawful permanent resident. I would need to know specifically where the crime occurred and was it state or federal. I would also need to know if you took a plea deal and if you had any immigration advice at the time. I would also need to know where the crime was committed in order to determine all of these factors to see if there’s a way to do criminal relief to vacate or reduce the crime so that you’re no longer considered an aggravated felon. It is possible to get a non-immigrant waiver in order to come into the United States, but it will be very difficult to do that to visit because they will never believe you intend on leaving.

There may be a way, but I need to know more specifically what is the crime? I need to know if it was possession of drugs, transportation of drugs, manufacturing of drugs, or a Mariet of other different kinds of drug charges. I also need to know if she was actually convicted admitted to the crime of possession or Was just deported. You can call my office or consultation at 562-495-0554.
