Your work is very good. The only thing I would do is to bake layers that are 1/2 as tall as yours. The filling should be 1/2 as think as the icing. Remember...Cake is the conduit for icing. To make sure that your cake is level...Never the straw supports using the icing as the guide. Please make sure to take the first straw out and use it as a measure for all of the other straws. You cannot assume that your icing is all at the same level.

buttercream doesn't go well with hot. your cake will melt.
So what shall we do use shorting in place of butter or use 50/50 butter n shorting ?
I always struggle with stacking buttercream cakes. How did you just lift them and place on each other? Mine always smudge.
Good question. Always flake sure that they are chilled enough /frozen so you can lift them
