We saw a lot of sheepshead at Pass a Grille (they fixed the jetty pier), off the seawall by Merry Pier (under construction). This year is very good for sheepshead because the big ones are still around.

Had really good luck with mackerel using live bait until the dolphins ruined all the fun. If I did not know better Fort Desoto is their breeding grounds.

@@imranmalik3302 yeah it was coming in, but it was extremely windy that Monday and way too choppy. I went over to a spot I go to in Dunedin and within 5 min of getting there I caught a keeper sheeps and mangrove lol 🤷♂️
It’s crazy. I lived there for over 50 years and fish their most of my life and never knew about the mangrove crabs. Are they the same ones that live in and under the rocks?

@@FishOnChannel ok. It took me a minute to realize where the spot was because it’s currently high tide and it doesn’t look the same. I realized that you were fishing at a very low tide there. Low tide must be the time to go be. Also I was just interested in what the SOLUNAR time was when you were there.
