Great review. It's nice to see reviews from those that have actually used the item for a longer period of time, instead of just a glorified unboxing... I used the G400s (the version just before the MX518 Legendary) for around 6 or 7 years before finally switching to something else a little better for competitive FPS gaming. Still works great and I still use it occasionally, though my scroll wheel has gotten pretty dirty and I need to take it apart and clean it. I have a bunch of old MX518s and the newer MX518 Legendary mice as well. I had two issues with my MX518 Legendary: One had a left click that rubbed against the shell when pushed hard, and it would get stuck down. That happened right out of the box, and Logitech was quick about replacing it for me without any hassle. The other had the cable fray where it comes out of the mouse. What mouse did you end up switching to?
Thank you! I am currently using the Corsair Ironclaw RGB mouse as this fits my hand better and is wireless :) However, the top surface of this mouse got really weird and sticky after some time of use. I have done a review of this one as well, if you would like to take a look :)
