In this video Paul Andersen explains how light that is perfectly reflected creates specular reflection. The angle of the incident ray is equal to the angle of the reflected ray. Specular reflection is also known as mirror-like reflection. If the reflecting surface is irregular it will create diffuse, rather than specular, reflection.

These videos are a REFLECTION of how great an educator you are.
Agreed. They also show how GAY he is 😏
Specular reflection proves no curved water... but wait, 70% of earth is water. What does this tell us?
Very nicely explained!
Thanks for this amazing explanation, it helped a lot!! ❤
thank you!
great video!
awesome !
Fantastic
Light, science, magic :)
Thanks Mr Anderson :)
very understandable explanation, great tutor
Do you have any pdf of it?
Daylight isn’t a laser light. In other words, no one has ever seen a “light ray” do anything. You’re simply conflating what a laser does with a concept about daylight. Rays of light are a concept only.
Yes, It was helpful!!
👍 that was helpful
Hi. Alright, your saying (as well as many others) "the angle of the incident ray is equal to the angle of the reflected ray." What you are not saying, is of what importance is it to know that. Do you know how many videos there are out there saying EXACTLY the same thing you are. And not one tells us how knowing that is useful in the slightest. My point is, clearly this information has been broken down into simple terms and delivered in a way so that simple people can understand it. What good does it do for simple people to know this? Perhaps after knowing this, life in general is better, or different?
One of my favorite flat earth proofs, thank you!
Mr. Mad Scientist. I love your videos! Btw, did you just get out of bed?
I appreciate the video. However, as an improvement tip, please state info only once. In this case, the information regarding angles was repeated three times.
Would be interesting to hear if you could say something about astronomy, quantum physics, and all that adult science, you will probably get more views.
