Totally new to sea fishing (mainly trout river, fly fishing), where in North Donegal would be best for spinning for Mackerel, Sea Bass etc? Thanks! Any recommended set up for a newbie?

Sea bass is very rare but is possible, I’ve been trying since 2018 and still not got one so I’m probably the wrong person to ask, mackerel on the other hand fishes best July august and September I find 1.5 hours before high tide on any venue that has access to deep water piers and rocks etc, any where along the north coast of Donegal will get mackerel, in terms of set up a decent spinning rod capable of throwing up to 4oz and a size 4000-5000 reel is plenty, starting off I can’t recommend Shakespeare enough anything by Shakespeare is great for the money and will get a decent setup for what it’s needed for, you don’t have to spend mad anything up to 50 quid will do you starting off

When u catch fish don't unhook 1 and release it then come back and fuck around with cameras then unhook the 2nd , 🤬 unhook them both and release I'm surprised that turbot didn't die
