Attiii Arghon No, we Hazaras are very Altaic. You're likely one of those Hazaras who are too influenced by Afghan culture to the point you forgot your Altaic lineage. If you think we are not Altaic, then explain why over 90% of our tribe names derive from Altaic languages (Aimaq, Besud, Shibargi, Shibartu, Dai Zangi, Dai Kundi, Dai Chopan, Dai Zenyat, Qazakh, Kalmak, Naiman, Nikpai, Nikudar, Borjigi, Merkit, Jalair, Jaghatu, Jaghur, Uruzgan, Tatar, and so on). Explain why Babur himself recorded in his journal during the early 16th Century that many Hazaras were speaking Mogholi (a Mongoloc dialect with significant Turkic vocabulary). Explain why some Hazaras are born with the blue mark on their back which is also common for Mongolians and Central Asian Turks. And explain why many Hazaras predominantly have the y-chromosome of c-m217 which is also predominant amongst Mongolians and Central Asian Turks. I'd like to see your response on all this. We are very Altaic (Turko-Mongol) and the Afghan government want us to forget that identity by assimilating us into other cultures.
@@Lipton3373 You as a turkic-mongolian shouldn't hate Hazaras so much ... they have suffered a lot by pashtuns and tajiks during the centuries. beside, you can't deny their Mongolic features. I'm from Azerbaijan. We have the same ancestors with Kyrgyz people. All of us are Turkic nation. I 80% understand Kyrgyz language. Unfortunately Taliban invades Pamir corridor of Afghanistan. I hope that they will survive Taliban conquers.
It's not all the fault of Taliban, it's caused by American invasion

Sizdin Kyrgyz or Kazak tiliniz ote jaksy eken. I am very impressed with how well you learned the language because a lot of foreigners struggle to acquire fluency in these languages. Of course, it's is for me as my mother tongue, but I have seen many people quite learning Kazakh because it was too hard for them to learn. Good job and good luck! I wish you success in your future endeavors!

@@JeffWaalkes Азаматсың! Чоң рахмат.
Hi Jeff! I enjoyed watching your video. It shows that there are still people who have golden hearts to less privileged. I see how you and ur team and those locals together with the animals had sacrificed in order to reach the tribe. May God richly bless you and ur team and the organization that continues to help selflessly.
They could do with a wind generator and an electric fence perhaps keep livestock safer....enjoyed seeing a people focused film. Tough tough environment. God bless the people who took the books and care. ✌
Thank you so much Mr Jeff... 👍It is so hard to live on that conditions at this time...
Shame on our government...
I'm a Tajiks Afghanistani 😟
What great video sir where are you travelling these days
thank you Mr. Jeff W
Interesting video!
Thanks for sharing Jeff!

Рахмат Джефф. Фильмди коруп ыйлагым келди. Эптеп болсо да Кыргызыстанга кочуп барсанар жакшы болот эле.

Thanks for uploading. Very hard work for your team. Nice video.
Your documentary is captivating. Our family is enchanted with your work. I find it so interesting to see how people really live in this part of Central Asia. Brilliant. Keep up the talented work. I enjoyed it all. Have you made other films?
We have a couple others - I'll upload one in the next week or so. We did win some funding to begin another film project to document of the people group as well as their relatives who moved to Turkey in 1982.
Thank u so much to making this documentary. Your amazing and thank u sooooo much for helping these guys. I'm pakistani but I'm touched with what u have fine for these guys xxx
Thank you for the great job. there look there culture there life are so similar to our people Hazara in Afghanistan
STFU!
Hazara, Kazakh, Mongol, Kyrgyz, Uzbek, Uyghur, Nogai, Tuvan, Yakut, Tungus = Altaic brothers
Har Al nah, remove hazaras
Attiii Arghon
No, we Hazaras are very Altaic.
That's a fact. Also please don't judge the whole people by doings of the few, who have forgotten their culture and ancestry. some of the youngsters don't know their history and heritage ... they try so hard to blend in, that's why some of them wears zoroaster necklaces
very good for progress
I'm from indonesiaVideo is very interesting and enlightening
