I'm here to learn how to trade and also to invest. After listening to a guy on a live program about the importance of investing and how he made $950k in 2 months from $142k, somehow this video has helped shed light on key points, but I'm still confused as a newbie and I'm open to meaningful ideas.

Yeah you're right, most times it amazes me greatly the way I moved fro an average lifestyle to earning over $62k per month, utter shock is the word. I have understood a lot in the past few years to doubt that opportunities abound in the financial markets, The only thing is to know where to focus.

*I have my funds very well diversified, though I did it using copytrading system from the advisor "Sarah Williams ",a FINRA licensed and regulated broker from the ULCA Anderson in the US.
I strongly advise you against self trading, it's really dangerous and had brought so many investors down, you need someone with the knowledge and strategies, someone dedicated to the crypto currency market business, and I will strongly recommend expert Mrs Sarah Williams

Michael Saylor has a great explanation on this: if a group issues something, profits from it, and can keep issuing more or tweaking it, then it is a security and not a commodity. The securities regulations should apply to protect the public from scammers. It is not government overreach. It is necessary protection for the public.

U.S. senators unveil bill to regulate cryptocurrency. A bipartisan pair of U.S. senators unveiled a bill on Tuesday that would establish new rules for cryptocurrency, and hand the bulk of their oversight to the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC). The senators said the bill is aimed at providing certainty and clarity to crypto markets, alongside consumer protections.
Crypto regulations are long overdue and moving oversight from the SEC to the CFTC is encouraging. Gensler at the SEC is picking & choosing which crypto tokens are securities or commodities based on personal opinion (or gain!). Looks like the XRP case will go in Ripple's favor and level the playing field for law-conforming crypto tokens and CFTC oversight should weed out the scam tokens over time.

Better late than never. They waited until the entire crypto space shed 70% of its value before going after them. People are gonna resist this but in the end this space was rife with people openly doing things that in any other financial space would’ve seen them imprisoned. If you’re honest and transparent about what you’re doing I don’t think you need to worry, but crypto has pulled in so many bad actors riding off the enthusiasm and financial illiteracy of its community that the space as a whole is gonna hate this.
I mean, ya gotta let some time pass for at least some of the crypto bros to realize why a totally unregulated space could screw them.

LOL. What the point having Crypto act like a bank, invest like a bank and earn like a bank. Right now, the main issue is not regulation but if the govt willing to regulate because if they are, then they be under protection as a bailout by the govt. Which the govt are not interested bailing out those type of crypto investment and without regulation, repeating this type of issue will be often.
My best guess is the govt will just ignore and continue unregulated as long those crypto don't act like a bank, they just ignore you but you guys already know, crypto dead long time ago.
@@lokisg3 the whole idea of crypto is to make the market of money free, since the 2008 that the gov, and literally every other country havent stopped printing money, and thats one of the core difference btw rich and poor, but if u made such a thing u can make the countries compete on and economic lvl and not by killing ppl in wars, in other words there are alot of Pros for ppl like u and me who cant just print money whenever we feel like it

Crypto died when someone thought a good idea to make money from it. Not sure why you need to state rich or poor, doesn't not matter as long there's money to make in crypto.
The funny part is your idea of crypto as a free market is wrong. It was suppose to bypass banks or middle man not became like a bank.
And yes, certain countries do print monies because more than 2 years a well known virus cause economy slowdown.
Print money or social collapse is your choice.

Cryptos are innovative because they are financial stem cells. They can be currencies, land titles, college diplomas, digital art, concert ticket, or purchase contracts. Calling them securities is total nonsense.
