I was trying to pump up my bike and I was having some issues well when I tried taking the pump off the entire valve ripped off with it? do I have to completely replace the entire tube?
The replacement valve core pins for schrader valves are sometimes flat at one end and sometimes having a pin like structure (the end opposite to the end for turning)...can both be used in any schrader valve? The replacement pins I used for my motorcycle or bicycle were flat at one end....the set which came online are the second type.
My Schrader bike tire valve does NOT take in any air when I try to pump air in with my bike pump. And some of the green sealant slime oozes out of the valve. Maybe it is plugged up and that is why it is not taking air in and it needs to be cleaned out? And where can I buy a screwdriver like the one in this video to do this job?? Thanks for any help!
Even though this is a an old comment, if anyone is looking for a tool like in the video, Auto Zone sells them: Slime Tire Valve Stem Core Remover Tool@@DougCeleste
007 just entered the room with that music. Love it!
Instead of that tool I used the tweezers from a Victorinox Swiss Army knife. Also works!
