Burnley's Future Leaders

Burnley.co.uk is delighted to announce the Future Leaders programme. This 12-month personal and professional development programme is COMPLETELY FREE for bondholders aged under 30 who work at a Burnley Bondholder.
The programme is fully funded by the Burnley Bondholders, with the goal to equip our young people with the skills, passion and vision to take forward Burnley into our exciting future.
Not only will they develop themselves, but they will take their new skills and ideas back into the borough's businesses. And of course, we want to ensure we retain this talent within Burnley.
We believe it's the first programme of its kind in the country which is fully funded by the private sector. A huge thank you to The University of Central Lancashire, who have been a big driver and allow us to use Victoria Mill's teaching space for free.
