Just to clear up any confusion, the tucked handstand press pumps against the wall should be done before without using the wall if ur struggling with the latter

Man, after three years of training to do a handstand against the wall. I finally did one without the wall. Progress for me. Did it in front of a crowd of people. Listen to the man, Mr. Heria. Shoot, never thought I would see the day. I also lost weight though. That can be another reason why I may have done the handstand without the support. Gracias Chris💯

The handstand is already another level and I haven't been able to get it yet. I focused on other exercises but I should start by getting it out because like you, Chirs, who do all of them with incredible mastery, I feel that the strongest agile calisthenics sincerely thank you, Chirs, for everything you have given us. you demonstrate
The thing about the handstand press is there's so many variations. the true variation is with straight arms but this bent arm handstand push-up type press is great for beginners

Been eleven months for me. Down 52 pounds and went from 2 pull ups to 30 second perfect inverted holds and 50 push ups in a row. Might not impress some people. But I’m hella proud in less than a year. Done nothing but watch calisthenic training. Mostly this dude. Also a shitload of cardio.

Was working on this religiously and achieved my first handstand push-up within 6 days but I hurt my collar bone and took of 2 weeks to heal now I’m working on it again💪🏾

Great video, im still training to get my handstand hold but I was able to start working towards the next level with these excersices. I've been training kicking up into a handstand against an open door, that way your heels are the only touchpoint against a solid structure and you feel as if you're really doing a handstand. 2. 3:31 Negative Handstand press (without a wall)
3. 4:29 Tucked Handstand press pumps 8x
4. 5:31 Tucked Handstand press pumps (against the wall)
5. 6:46 Handstand press (against the wall) 5x
Just to clear up any confusion, the tucked handstand press pumps against the wall should be done before without using the wall if ur struggling with the latter
