Lowering standards for surgeons and airline pilots is insane.
Same idea with Affirmative Action; it significantly lowers the standard.
They should have democrat only airlines and hospitals for all the DEI doctors and pilots since they are the only people that wanted this DEI nonsense.

Stop calling it DEI. Use DIE as the acronym instead. And if you must use the phrase, say it that way as well, diversity, inclusion, and equity. It works better if you say the words first before using the acronym, even better if you use it more than once and the other(s) involved in the conversation participate without correcting you, and further, nod in agreement.
Then when you say DIE, if they then correct you, you get to question them, “But I said multiple times, the words diversity, inclusion, and equity, and you were in agreement with me the whole way. So we can stick with the acronym that corresponds with the actual words I used, which you agreed with.”
