the "lemon" taste is just the sourness of the injera as it is a fermented type bread. You get over the taste quite quicky especially when balancing the amount of injera and the food you are grabbing with it fairly well.

I dont know why restaurants abroad choose to make the sour type of injera...they need start to make አፍለኛ toooo which is non sour and sweet type
It was our first time trying injera so maybe we didn't ask correctly. Next time we'll see if they have more sweet injera. Thanks for letting us know

🤣 We don't have much experience eating with our hands! I think cultures that use hands for eating are pretty common in certain parts of the world, but not so much here in Australia, so we'll definitely be mindful of eating properly next time.
Can't keep the cooking food in the fridge for business
We knew that it is from fridge or not every thing cooked fresh except the vagi because cooked today and keeping only for next days otherwise not good to served to customers
