I wrote CFA L1 in Aug, and found the real exam much harder than the EOCQ, I think it was slightly harder than the Mock from CFAI. I think I performed well in QM, FI and AI. But Ethics and Derivatives destroyed me.

Best of luck on your CFA journey!

Hi Marc! I have failed May 2021 exam. Do you think the program for Level 1 will Be different in February 2022 from that of 2021? I wouldn’t buy platform twice.. thank you!

Sorry to hear about the result, don't give up. Yes there's going to be changes, you can read about a few of them here: 300hours.com/2022-cfa-curriculum-changes/

@ thank you so much! So you suggest buying 2022 books? Or 2021 with some integrations?

    •  3 роки тому +1

I would get the 2022 books probably yes. Just so you have the proper curriculum. Your call though. If you feel comfortable enough with the old books + new content.

New (conspiracy) theory (😉): exposure to covid-19 went unnoticed for most candidates (young healthy people often do not even notice due to lack of symptoms), and the insight emerges now that there are effects on the brain like brain fog and memory problems lasting for several months (that would be a huge one for level 1); would mean that these candidates did not perform as well as earlier groups.

LOL that is quite the theory
