When the female reporter said that one other person from the house had been taken to the hospital and it was scrubbed from the news yet when someone re questioned the reporter she said yes one other person from the house did go to the hospital who was this person. The latent footprint outside DM's door is a shoe size too small to fit Ninja Bryan, as far as we know, raising reasonable doubt. DM's description of eyebrows, height, build, weight, race, and gender of the intruder matches Ninja Bryan but the height seems to be about 3 inches or more too short. If DM makes a positive identification in open court, that might impress the jury, depending on the cross examination of DM.
