- I'm preparing a €2500 Warhammer army for someone who was forced to sell their hobby stuff last year. As a bonus to this whole army we're building and giving away i decided to add some extra units and models painted by artists on fiverr. So i asked artists on fiverr to follow my painting tutorial to see if they could match the paint style and colors.

Do you ever do battle damage on your models ? I only ask because when I was younger I’d do battle damage on my ww2 tanks but never thought to do it on my 40k until just now watching this video

I love these fiverr videos, it's lovely to see how different people paint. I think it could be a great opportunity for other painters too if you included lesser known users in there, just to give them a little push.
As a small youtube-painter I would say: Yes, great idea.
I would guess he is partly if not largely responsible for the explosive growth of fiverr miniature painting services. These are so much fun to watch and of all UA-camrs I think how he opens these boxes with childlike wonderment, excitement and enthusiasm makes it almost as good as if I got to open the boxes myself. I also love the idea of the army being given away to someone who was forced to sell theirs in spite of losing his sponsor for this video. If I could re-like or re-subscribe I would.

Actually he is not.
He just does not agree with expanding while the borders (like the Farsight Enclaves) are not secured and get rampaged all the time.
So he is still in for the greater good, but on his own terms.

Yes please do more. Maybe one day I can send off my own mini to one of these guys. I have a warhammer fantasy the green knight that I've always wanted professionally painted, but I want it done in a unique painting scheme with the knight and horse on a cliff. Def time to look into these guys.

Being 86h into a 68 figures TAU army commission, without having started the fine detailing even, I can totally relate to the desire to keep to myself. They're just fantastic models and I don't even 40K. :D

I've only played kill team once, put together a few fire warriors (like 4 of them), never painted. These are blowing my mind! That color scheme may suddenly become my favorite.

2:40 dude i remember the golden demon, actually i was a small kid like 12 years old, was 13 years ago, and i was so anxious to paint my eldar avatar of khaine so i had a neighbouring collector do it for me, and he was actually thinking about sending it in. Its still my favorite miniature, it fucking looks amazing. Still holds up. man that memory.
