- Kala, known professionally as Kala Master, is an Indian choreographer. She is the director of the Indian reality dance talent show, Maanada Mayilada - where she is one of the three judges.[1] She was awarded the National Film Award for Best Choreography in 2000 for her folk dance sequences in the Malayalam film, Kochu Kochu Santhoshangal.

Very motivating interview. Kala Master is always full of positive energy. TOUCHWOOD! That’s why I love to listen to her interviews. Very rejuvenating and energising. Depressed people should always be around people like Kala Master. We would be able to feel the positive aura and we will in turn feel positively energised.

Hey aval glitz I love your interviews always but talking about mental health like this is unacceptable and sad.
Most of the people who go through hell aren’t just doing it for attention or by choice. Please kindly educate yourself on basics of neurobiology, psychology,neuroscience before choosing to comment or talk about them. These are real issues faced by real people. when you put it out there like this - it could very easily make affected people feel hate themselves for not being able to come out of it as quickly as expected by you people. Just because it isn’t visible doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist.
People who don’t go through depression,anxiety and other issues can consider themselves as lucky and fortunate. But that doesn’t give them the right to minimise mental health issues by others and just say it can be snapped out of very easily.
Please be mindful of how you talk about sensitive things. Thank you.
