I guess you missed your opportunity. You could have went down there before it was crushed, snagged all of those valuable items, stored and catalogued them and put them up for sale.
Dang that Chev van and that Wagoner were ruuuuuuusty!! Both probably still ran and drove to the junkyard! I couldn't see enough of that stripped out front quarter of a car, but appeared to be an Isuzu possibly? Possibly a VW Eurovan?
If its a genuine old junker thats not likely to become a classic like the mass produced fords or chevys or a potential classic thats past the point of rescue like the old Buick or Cadillac crushed in some of this guys other vids. Purely the frame with no usable panels on them
People always comment on certain cars that get crushed on this channel and that they could have been saved neglecting the fact these are rusted out beyond saving.
@@fujifrontier Exactly as an English petrolhead finances need to be considered. How easy are the replacement parts going to be found and what would it cost to buy them. Thats why i like this guys method they really are only good for one thing
I'm curious, you've been doing these videos for years, why have you not gotten a camera and a tripod? Would be a much better viewing experince with a lot less movement and shaking than handheld...

Problem is even if the guy crushing the cars takes the time to remove the parts it cost him more money than the parts are worth. Then there's the idiots who complain about the prices of parts. Best option for the crusher is let people come remove the parts themselves. But then that runs into problems if someone hurts themselves no doubt they sue the poor crusher person.

at least get the nice chrome trim and glass off of the jeep before you crush it that stuff isn't cheap

When they first crushed the van it wasn't so flat but if you noticed just before they loaded jeep the van was crushed much flatter.

I think it was a toyota it looks very similar to the dash on my 01 tacoma
