I don’t think people realized how much D&P paved the way for other UA-camrs. Now EVERYONE tours. They were one of the first. Crazy.
They made board games, they made apps, they did tours.. like, Dan and Phil are two of the humblest people on the platform when they've so much for this.. community. Us.. the phandom.. like people have literally had their life take a better turn because of them. I just hope they realise just how.. successful they are. In every sense of the word.
They paved the road for youtube(especially Phil bc without him dan probably wouldn’t be a UA-camr bc Phil first encouraged him to film) and they are soo successful. Bestselling book, the first yt tour, board games, apps, challenges and let’s not forget to mention that all of their videos(especially recently) have been on trending bc people genuinely care about them bc they did ALL this while battling SO many other awful personal issues and neither of them have ever abused their platform, been offensive, or made any bad decisions. They are so humble of the fact that with no Phil(Dan too) UA-cam would be a completely different app.💛they work so hard and tore themselves out for this

Not only has he dedicated his life to us and Dan, burning himself out in the process, but has been there for Dan and continued working through some horrific family traumas that nobody should have to go through. Actually I really miss Dan and Phil games, it’s just always made me feel like I’m under some sort of safe blanket. Like when you had an horrible day or week or life and you’re just tired or sad, you basically have space to go and feel better. So yeah. Thanks for that.

But god I understand the death heavy thing. I've lost two of the most important men in my life this year right after the other so I get it.
