Many thanks for watching 😊 it was shot in June last year. June is our favourite month to visit The Algarve. It's not too busy, and the weather is pleasant!
Thank you for watching our video :) It depends on a few factors - and if you're hiring a car/ how fast paced you want to do things. I'd probably recommend at least 7 - 10 days, to ensure you have time to see everything properly.
Very informative 😊 can you advise us, were going to land at Faro and I'm not sure weather to stay in Lagos or Faro? Only there for 3 days and going for a break for some nice scenic walks! Thanks
Thank you! :) If you're only there for 3 days, I'd probably suggest staying in Faro. There are so many nature walks in and around Faro to enjoy. Lagos is great in the summer for its beaches and general holiday atmosphere, but if it's scenic walks you're looking for, i'd stick to Faro :)
@ToucanTravellers Thank you for your response. We stayed in Lagos and also visited Carviero and Albufiera. I feel Lagos was the most amazing due to the beaches and scenic views!
Is it realistic to plan to get around the Algarve for a week using Ubers and local buses? I’d really prefer not to rent a car, but it will be our first time visiting.
It's definitely possible, but if you do that, we recommend focusing on one particular area of The Algarve, otherwise you'll end up spending ages travelling around and spending lots of money on taxis. Have a look at the attractions and places you want to visit first, and take it from there. Many people visit and don't hire a car.
Very informative. Thanks so much. Will be going there in April or May.
A great informative video, many thanks for sharing
Thank you for watching 🙂
Excellent video, a great pleasure to watch. Thank you very much. Can I ask what monthnit was shot?

Excellent informative video!!
Thank you for watching, glad you enjoyed it :)
great footage guys!
Thanks so much!
You should have named this video top towns to visit. There are so many and many seem so similar I’m not sure where to begin.
11:52 - Praia de Nossa Senhora da Rocha
17:07 - Costa Vincentina
Thanks for the informative video. To see from west to east, how many days do you recommend spending in the region? Thanks!

Oh that's cool! At least you managed to visit a few other places during your stay too 😀

My husband and I are in Portugal at the moment. We rented a car. It's the best and cheaper way to get around.
