Living in Mesa Arizona gives you access to a number of great features within the Phoenix Arizona metro area. Mesa has a great downtown with Museums and performing arts centers. Mesa Arizona is also a thriving employment center - thanks to the Mesa tech corridor being built in the SE part of the city. And Mesa is also a gateway to some of the best outdoor recreation in the Phoenix area - with the Usery Mountains, Salt River and Saguaro Lake all being within minutes of Mesa.

You left out the area around Mesa Dr. and Broadway! Come on man give some love to the people that don't have 750K to buy a house, or the folks that can't afford HOA Fees in excess of 500 dollars per month!! Las Sendas is old news. Used to be the spot, back in 2012...Just cross Baseline Rd. south into Gilbert...more bang for your buck there!! EDIT: If you want some advice making content for your rich clients on what areas of Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, AJ, Tempe, and Phoenix to stay away from just LMK. LoL! I got you for that info if you need it.
Great town
Agreed!
We're looking at renting a place for 3 months next January - March. Can you help with that or do you know someone? I've looked on some rental websites but wasn't sure if there was something I was missing. Thanks. Good Video
Thanks for the kind words! Unfortunately I don't have any resources for seasonal rentals beyond what you can find online. Hope you find something that works well!
Was a great place to live and raise a family--right up until it became Californicated in the 1980's. Mesa went from 45,000 in the 70's to almost 600,000 now. Traffic, crime, pollution and bad drivers---especially during Snowbird season--combine to dilute whatever value there is in moving there.
Mesa is definitely a mixed bag. Parts are not great, but it does have a ton of really good options too. Thanks for watching!
I'm looking for a place to stay. 40 days
