FIRST LOOK at Epic Universe Preview Center! Massive Park Model & Detailed Tour!

- Join me for a first look inside the brand new Epic Universe Preview Center at Universal Orlando Resort! In the grand tradition of preview centers, this new installation features a massive scale model of Epic Universe, Universal's brand new theme park set to open in 2025! I show you the model and all its glorious details, plus the new augmented reality feature that brings the model to life, showing moving rides, flying dragons, flaming fire and more! You enter through a portal and there are portals for the five worlds inside - Dark Universe, Super Nintendo World, How to Train Your Dragon Isle of Berk, and Wizarding World of Harry Potter Ministry of Magic! Alongside each portal is theming, artwork and new park merchandise collections! So much to see inside and I'm so excited to share this major Epic Universe update with you!! The preview center will be opening soon (in June), so keep your eyes out as I'll definitely post when it does! I’m one of the bus drivers that drive the Universal Creative people around the site during construction and I can say the site is absolutely massive!! Can’t say anything more than that (NDA’s) but your mind will be blown away when you first see the land Jackie and Sam!!!
Let's just gently remind ourselves that despite a worldwide pandemic they were able to put up AN ENTIRE theme park in less time that Disney took to make one ride. I am speechless at the amount of theming, and immersion this park is bringing. They didn't have to make a preview center that had AR features. They are definitely going out of their way to make this experience something truly special. I can't wait.
Well, it's not done yet. They still have a ton of work to get done.
I'm looking forward to the Dark Universe land the most!!
The Helios takes the concept of a "monorail hotel" to the next level.
For sure going to stay there at least once!
Or it takes the concept of the grand Californian to the exact same level
Wow! We never perceived the shear magnitude of Epic Universe until we saw the diorama that you previewed. And the cell phone AR was on a whole new level... What amazing times we are living in!

This preview center looks so, so Amaze-balls!!! Now we desperately need the overview videos for Dark Universe and Ministry of Magic ASAP!!!
If you think this is impressive you should have seen the one they had while they were building islands of adventure.
@@theheroneededwillette6964 I saw footage of that on UA-cam, and I actually believed something similar would occur at this one. If there were enough room, all those portal entrances inside the center should lead into separate rooms dedicated to each land and all its offerings.

🌈 I’m massively excited about Epic Universe!! Everything looks amazing. I can’t choose just one world but How to Train Your Dragon and Super Mario World are tops, but I’m blown away by Celestial Park and the architecture of so much of it looks phenomenal. Dark Universe is massively intriguing too. I can’t wait. I’m going nuts about it!😂🎉

Having an entire theme park with theming on par with the wizarding world will truly be an epic experience!
The only problem is the theming won’t extend to the rides. Outside of Nintendo, there are a lot of heavily underthemed atttractions.

If that model is anywhere near to scale, the showbuilding for the ministry of magic ride is ENORMOUS!!! Wow.
I'm pretty sure it's accurate to scale. If memory serves they've said this and Frankenstein Experiment are the largest dark rides ever built (so far). I forget which is bigger though.

I wish they'd painted Stardust Racers silver and gold instead of yellow and green (such a weird choice), but given that's pretty much my only complaint about the thing, that says how amazing it is. I can't wait to see that carousel in motion.

Disney is going to have to really step up their game. This park is going to obliterate the competition.
Disney is already 4 massive and carried parks in Orlando. Even with epic universe Disney is still a good bit bigger.
But at the rate universal is improving compared to Disney, and the scummy guest experiences Disney is trying to get away with. Universal is looking like a perfect alternative that I would happily spend a week at instead of Disney.
@scizorzzz this is universal's third park gate. With the volcano bay makes 4 parks and city walk is quite the better alternative to Disney springs in my opinion. At this point I'd rather just do universal altogether.

The model of Epic Universe is amazing and very detailed. I want to give a huge shout out to Universe Creative and Universal Destination & Experience for making all of this a reality. Tom Williams would be proud of his successor doing a fantastic job serving as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.

This park is going to change the industry AGAIN! The Wizarding World of Harry Potter changed what theme parks could be, it launched the industry into a new era. I bet this park will do the same. Immersion that truly take you to other worlds. I'm blown away by this preview center.
This preview center is wowing 😮😃 Epic Universe looks spectacular. We plan to go to Universal parks next time in Florida in 2026, so this is great that we'll get to experience when we go. I love the Caps for Epic, I'm a hat person, because of light sensitivity issues, plus i just like caps😊 This looks amazing, I look forward to going in 2026, we did Disney World in 2020 and 2022, because they have most rides i can ride, but we can't wait to go to Universal parks for our 1st time next vacation. wearing caps helps soooo much with the bright sun here, or bright lights anywhere, and I like them too! 2026 is a great time to come, because the insane crowds of 2025 will hopefully have calmed down a bit. Thank you as always for being my peeps!!

that's going to be a hard decision, because you know those first few months are going to be INSANE!!! Everyone wants to go first and right away lol!! I think waiting will be smart for whoever can, to get a less insanely crowded experience. It will still probably be highly attended and popular for many years to come, but the first few months I don't know how they're going to control crowds. Will it be limited entry? Time slots? Who knows!

I was skeptical of this park, but it looks pretty, wait for it…epic lol. The concept art reminds me of the PC game Myst, just on a massive scale. That game was a favorite of mine back in the 90s. You’re probably too young to remember it. 😅
The land I'm most excited for has to be Dark Universe!

That looks so cool!! I can't wait to see it when I go in December! Quick question: do you know if you can zoom with the app at all? I ask because my Mom is legally blind, so she'd appreciate being able to zoom in on things to see them. (If not, no biggie...looks like you can take pics, and then we can zoom that, but it's not quite the same thing)

I think Universal Studios could get away with this in Australia so that people in Australia are able to sign up and go to the areas that rather want along with the hotel having a train line going around the park to drop people off at where they want to with pick up at each part of this park

Looks great, but I kinda wish they had more than just logo/preview merch. I was hoping they would have the kind of stuff you might find exclusively in each park's stores so you don't have to wait to go to Epic Universe.

I burst into tears when I saw the thumbnail for this in my notifs. I know that sounds dramatic as fuck, but I'm am SO excited about it. I can't wait to be there in October so I can go to the preview center myself.
I am most excited for Dark Universe. I would have thought I'd be most excited for HP, but Dark Universe is everything I love. Ugh!!! So many epic things are coming from Universal recently. I'm here for it! I've never been to Disney and I think they better strap in. They might be losing some business.

Yes same day! Got off the cruise, drove back from Fort Lauderdale, and straight to Universal for this. Totally worth it! We got a good night sleep last night too ahah. I have another video from the Disney magic cruise coming out too.

I'm so excited for this park! I was in Orlando last Thanksgiving and I drove past the two Epic hotels and it was amazing! I was sooooooo excited and seeing your video made it 10x's more well you know Epic 😅😅😅 Thank you for bringing us with you as usual.
