Bob, the way you teach is calm, informative and a pleasure to listen to. A lot of school teachers could learn a lot from you sir. Just watching you for a short time, I have learnt so much. Thank you Bob, your a legend👊👊👊
Nice calming video Bob. Helps the closed season pass a bit quicker. My go to hook length is 3ft. I do play around with hook lengths often enough. I tried 18ins for a prolonged period a couple of years back but not good. See you in a couple of weeks at Diss mere. We are down for the same qualifier.
I have just made some of these feeders and can not wait to put them to the test. What groundbait mix do you like to use a stiff or light mix & do you like to have full buoyancy in feeder or fill it so it sinks slowly?
They are designed to work with a light mix that comes out as the feeder drops through the water ,the feeder should just drop slowly through the water without any groundbait. Hope that helps.. tight lines.. Bob
Having said that was fishing in cavan last week used an 18 inch feeder link got nothing for 3 hours swicthed to 24 inch link and scored x cud have been the col it was baltic no topping either which was unusual
@deltrotter9435 why do I need world champs when facts out weigh any world champs the guru underwater shows even a 4inch seems to catch more the most anglers would admit to the underwater filming has given facts to unanswered questions that have stud for a long time but now we know thanks to channels like underwater fishing

Mr Pickering would say: "Don't move the feeder!"
