Good Video. The present day hurling sees way less blocking. Without practice or instruction , they are more likely to block sliothar and receive hurley swing in the face or head. Maybe free hand can be used to protect face. Or , do a demo explaining why its better to block hurley and sliothar rather than sliothar alone. It's a tricky one to coach as every players swing is different and less opportunity to do it in matches, which can lead to awkward blocks and more injuries. Keep up the good work.
