Renko apparently has a perfect circadian rhythm to tell time, though I haven't read the stories with these albums so I don't know what use that is, and Mari can see borders, I think. They're on the hunt to find Gensokyo or evidence of its existence. Schoolgirl adventures, ho! :p Now, I'm not sure if that's totally correct, but I think for the most part that's the gist of it?? XD
