Techno's character himself is still figuring out how to deal with his voices. He only recently got better at ignoring them. So i doubt he would know how to actually help ranboo's case. Techno is trying to have his own stand with what he believes and not only just do what his voices want. Tho it'll be pog if techno does help ranboo a bit like "you aren't alone in this nerd"
