I watch your videos regularly and just realized I wasn't subscribed to you channel. So I just subscribed. Good stuff! Love watching other people's creative spaces.
Ultimately, I want to set up in a 'retired church'.
However, the idea of renting a place has it's appeal and perhaps would work as a stepping stone toward my goal.
You have shown off so many great 'rental properties' that I am leaning toward something like this...
