A full GDMS video start to finish from setting up a group of phones and remote config would be great. You have a great way of communicating and a good pace. It would most likely be superior to Grandstream's training.
Quick question, if you use this phone for Cisco for a call centre, and you took the hand piece off the phone, so there’s a busy tone, no calls would come in to answer, from VCC?
Please provide accurate information the entire range of GXP is not supported GXP1624 I tried to add it after watching your video and it clearly says the model is not supported
Telecom people shouldn't have such bad audio. It's a couple years old, but still... Move your shotgun a bit closer, put a dead cat on it and check your levels.
