Just needs some information on Possession date. Some person In sales team saying that it will be given in a month and other saying in 2-3 months. Not sure when possession will be offered as OC is being applied in may, 2022 and till now no news on when OC will come and at the same time ample amount of authority dues are pending without which OC won’t come and possession can’t be offered.
Waiting for OC and possession date. Any update on this would be appreciated.

But this area in greator noida is not great place . No complain with property but once you out of apartment area. No veggies, no food or street food around, highly isolated in night …… it’s just good for those who wants their office to home and home to office
Maybe you have not visited or explored all the options around
Are you kidding???? Noida extension is full of all things which you mentioned above! Even in front of this society there are several malls! Many outlets like Pizza Hut, KFC, Hira Sweets & many more are just within walking distance! Probably you never visited this locality. Noida extension is a far better location than actual Greater Noida.
