As a triathlete with kids...I love the real life presented here. I've been watching since the first episode. It's so refreshing to see pros who also deal with real life.
Love watching these! Talbot you do a great job capturing a family who is at the top of their professional game, yet real, personable, and hilarious :) Thank you.
I met Rinny in Santa Rosa and while I was standing line I’m thinking “don’t be weird..don’t be weird...don’t be weird” then I got to her table and was like I LoVE YoU 🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣 why am I like this
Is TO running SRAM now? I know he was Campag for a long time. But then I thought he was using Shimano. I always heard SRAM was pretty strict with having to use the whole SRAM family (quarq, zipp, etc). Would love an equipment update at some point before Kona from you guys!
Why do you train on simulators instead of on the street? After all, natural training seems to have more effect than exercise equipment. Either I am mistaken, or you have some parameters of your own according to the program. If possible, write the answer.
More control over the training. Treadmills/Indoor trainers let you focus on specific training plans (intervals, pacing, etc etc). Bit harder to do it outdoors because of all the external factors (traffic, hills, wind/weather, etc etc)
@@running_girl5512 I see the point in training in the gym at the bad weather. But when the weather is sunny and you are pedaling indoors, it’s not a feeling.

My wife has been training with me for my first Ironman 70.3 at the end of July. I love the fact that you train together.
"Loaded Gun" question was too funny!! Awesome episode.
Would love to hear about all the places they have trained and why they chose to go between Noosa and Boulder. Favourite sessions etc
See you all in a few weeks in CDA! Can’t wait to cheer Rinny on! 😊

They do a mix, but they also talk about the weather hindering outdoor rides which probably would risk injury

Is she racing CDA 70.3?!?!?!
cool Foo Fighters T
Rinny is pissed about something..
Two great world class athletes and all you can get is this guy to do the interview. A head of lettuce could of brought more enthusiasm.
