Early shifts however good shifts!
A lot of people confuse Torque and Power, if you want to accelerate fast shifting between 4100-4300 is key, even the automatic DSG gearbox shifts at similar RPM's, if your towing something or have 4 passenger's in the car + heavy luggage in the back then what your doing is necessary to successfully gain speed. Torque is how strong the engine can rotate, Horse Power is how fast it can perform the rotation!!! Train's are not Fast of the line however they can defiantly pull! As I said strength of the rotation not the speed!!

This is wrong. Diesel have the Most power between 1750-3500 Rpm. You don’t drive a Diesel with high rpm.

@@cardoc6115 That is not power, my friend, it is torque. If you want to go to the finish line, drive to the red line, if you want to tow your house, drive 1750-3500.
