Some thoughts on variations you could try:
    - Meat - substitute Chicken, Lamb, firm white fish (treat gently) or veggies. Pork neck is a great choice, however.
    - Blitz in some Coriander stalks with the wet mixture
    - Add ~a teaspoon of curry power and / or curry leaves into the pan before adding the wet ingredients
    - Use coconut milk instead of water
    - If you can find it, use fresh turmeric stalk instead of power - the flavour difference is notable
Curry is common across most of the world, but local variations appear in Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand Japan, China, much of eastern Africa, and, due to the spice trades, in the Netherlands and UK, where a variation of a chicken curry has become the national dish. Akis' version here is probably closer to what I'd call a Pork Masala, but it certainly looks worthy of a place on your table.

Great channel but for indian its best to use cooked onion in the paste because raw onion paste has a raw taste even after cooking

Lovely Greek style curry, fusion cuisine. My only complain is maybe your studio lights a little bit too bright.

Possibly all those people in asia cook curry the wrong way? You brewed some quite terrible own creation. Please demonstrate cooking some indian, thai
...traditional curries in a decent manner. Then and only then make variations if needed at all. Or stick to greek cuisine - you certainly are more familiar with. I liked your greek dishes allot but cannot stand this mashup anymore so i leave...
