There’s revenues, expenses, payroll, salaries, general overhead, etc. 150m is revenue. Jeffree night pay himself something like 10,000,000 per year for example, the rest of it is in the business to be re invested. Money is no good just sitting in a bank account. It has to make babies in an asset.

I couldn’t afford the house and the size is amazing but it’s not got a very fashionable interior at all and the furniture that must have come with it is awful!
@@thehillsarealivewiththesou8293 it was staged. None of the furniture came with it unless agreed upon by the seller/buyer, such as chandeliers, set in seating (like in the theatre), art, etc.
But from the looks of it, he got it practically empty.
Miss Misfits however when Jeffree showed us his new house it had exactly the same dinning furniture and sofa’s etc. Go and watch and you’ll see he obviously got some of it and those dinning and kitchen chairs are ghastly. In 2013 they were even ghastly.
It’s been on the market for years the architect that seems to be really old fashioned did a tour in 2013 when the house was on sale then.
The walls and basic structure are really lovely but every room the architect was like ‘oh this was a million’ but what’s weird on the Jefree film and the architect’s one is that even the towels on the bathroom shelf are the same it’s a bit strange tbh.
