Gracias.
Ans is yes. there is a part named bearing body that is responsible for strip width. Bearings are fitted at an angle of 19 degrees changing that angle changes strip size.

Hi! There are huge flaws in your design. 1- the thickness of the film is different, therefore the width should be different. 2- Bottles come in different sizes. Your 5L reel will not fit. 3- You do not have the ability to wind the tape in height. Only horizontally. Therefore there is no point in having a high coil.4- The tape has a sharp edge and your base will not last long, it will cut through and the width of the tape will begin to change and when making a rod for a 3D printer it may tear
Thanks for the comments answer is that the width of the strip is measured with a part named bearing body which fits on bottle neck. Using a bearing body feeds the bottle to the cutter as required so the strip never touches the printed parts, therefore, no damage to the cutter at all, and lastly there is another version of it for big bottles on my UA-cam channel page. I will appreciate your comments in the future please do write.
I can imagine how much time, effort and experimentation you put into showing us this 12 minute video. Thanks for your efforts.
