45 in material? I'm looking at building one with 11 2x4x10 and it's alittle over 200$ for the wood idk where your getting 45$ from and then the cushions are 80-100 per cushion
Update its all finished and I got different pressure treated wood at 100 and found cheaper cushions at 230 for all 3 so it was 330 plus 25 in screws and however much stain I used from what I currently already had
Is this possible to do with minimal tools? I only have a hammer and nails, drills and saws are out of the question, best I got is an electric chainsaw. Have loads of old pallets that I could sand down and I wanna build a couch for my gazebo. Any advice would be much appreciated!
Cool I did the same and will be building more this spring after I sand my deck.
Use green wood or cedar if you want those furniture pieces to last a bit.
I made this sofa and the matching side table and chair. Its beautiful!❤
I love hearing that!! So glad you're loving your DIY outdoor furniture :)
Do you have a link for the couch cushions?

Go to builders first source if you dont care about somewhat beat up wood
What did you do for cushions?
There are options, here is a link to my blog post that goes into more detail: angelamariemade.com/diy-outdoor-couch/

Get a hand saw.
@@chamillet1955 I was talking more about the stability of using minimal tools, I have a hand saw. Have you hand sawed a metre of wood before?
@@MoneyMotivationYTI used a handsaw to make an outdoor sofa like this one. Just yesterday, actually.
@@chamillet1955 yeah.. sure
What was the stain you used? Gorgeous
