The space is definitely beautiful but I understand your concerns about the neighborhood. The security cameras are a great feature though! To get a fully furnished house for that price point in LA is dope though. I think it’s a strong contender but I would encourage you to look at a couple more properties before you make your decision. Legacy would love that back yard though! On another note, the apparel is 🔥 and I’ve already purchased to support. Please go check out the valley areas: Encino, Tarzana, Woodland Hills. Reseda has good price ranges. I used to live as a Live-In Care Giver in Reseda, California, and the lady I worked for said people can find great homes between $600.000-$800,000 the only thing is the valley gets hot, but when I lived there it was okay with me because I love warm weather. Locked in to the Warren appearal already. This not your forever home. It's beautiful but the location is not it. The bathrooms are a little small as well as the closets for all of your gear and shoes. The high ceilings were lit lit. The overview from upstairs extra 🔥 and I loved the lightening throughout the house as well as the double security on the patio doors. I'm sure this the 1st choice that you wanted us to come along on but I'm sure you've seen some that really has your eye and screams Armoney❤
That spot in L.A is a AirBNB . I live in Inglewood and the home i live in my parents own it’s 4 bedroom, 4 bath, pool and 4,000 square feet , it’s 1.8 million . That area is old Hollywood homes , the structure is worth so much more , if you really know about property and investing, yes it’s nice a modern home , but the value is only up do to the area not so much the style because those same style homes are all in the hood in L.A you can either rent, Airbnb or buy . They are made for to be heavy on the eye , but the area is not bad , just not the same style homes over there. A lot of properties in L.A that are in those areas that homes are modern are either the house where not in good condition or the property was own by the bank , ppl out here are flipping homes left to right . With making rental properties. If anything Armon check out the town homes and pent houses in Inglewood that’s on the sofi property, you’ll have everything to your expense. Food, gym , movie theater bar, LAx, ram games, concerts and the freeway exits so you’ll have no issues with traffic.
