@Elon Kamden i really appreciate your reply. I found the site thru google and I'm waiting for the hacking stuff now. Takes a while so I will get back to you later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
What a Tonic! ....when the weather starts to go down...this will keep you up!.. sometimes you never realise how beautiful London is till your sat on your couch x
I lived in Hampstead three years ago though it was a short period of time. I remember all the streets, shops, cafes and pubs. I miss the village so much. Thank you for the beautiful video! Wish everyone stay safe.
Good memories , i moved to London in 83 , first i stayed with my brother on Hampsted High st , then i moved to my own flat in Howwitt rd , belsize park then back to Gayton rd off Hampstesd high st .The william was my local for many years and one of my best freinds at the time was the manager . Best Time of my life .
Your videos make me feel that there is wonderful community of walkers and riders on UA-cam and I won't have to feel lonely when I am on your channel. Thank you. : )
Hampstead really is beautiful, like many other parts of London if you know where to go. I lived here for several years a long time ago. Frogmore part of Hampstead is also lovely.
Perfect ! When I couldn’t sleep I went on an adventure. Another wonderful walk through a city I always wanted to go to. I love to pause and take a good look at where I am going.
Me walking into estate agents "excuse me, do you have anything for under £3million?" Agent "no sorry we don't specialise in garden sheds" 😄. Brilliant video thankyou
Hello! The cityscape of London is very beautiful! There is also an open cafe and I think it is very fashionable. The back alley street of the stone pavement was also good. Thank you for such a wonderful video.
I’m missing going out & about in London now! I love Hampstead & I love flask walk! Lovely having a cup of tea down there! Some stunning shops with unusual items! Thank you
Relaxing, beautiful, no jibber jabber, and I like the pauses and side alleys. Quality not quantity. I see everyone is 2 years older than last time I walked around there, but didn't see Robbie Coltrane this time...
Beautiful video of what is without a doubt one of the most scenic & beautiful parts of London. However..... To anyone who doesn't live in London: Hampstead is one of the wealthiest neighbourhoods in London which of course makes it also one of the most expensive ones, when it comes to housing prices. Therefore unatainable for 95% of the population. There are several "different Londons", Hampstead is the postcard version of London, that we all wish we could afford to live in. It is almost a parallel reality (certainly in the economic sense) for example to Tottenham (which is just a few miles away from Hampstead), Tottenham feels like a different universe in a cultural and economic sense. Tottenham is what we call "real London", a part of London where most of the population lives. Examples of "real London" would also be Stradford, Peckham, New Cross, Brixton etc...these areas are filled with great people, but they are ....well... let's just call it slightly less "scenic" and "fairytale like. Again.. lovely video of a nice part of London, but just to make it clear... 90% of London is certainly not like this. A bit of perspective from someone who has been calling London home for almost 10years.
True Hampstead is no longer the realm of writers and artists and you need to fairly well heeled to buy property there. But it's still possible to rent there if you don't mind somewhere small. But London is a city of villages, each subtly different from the next. There are many "real Londons", the places you mention are the worst suburbs in London. Just as most of us don't live in Hampstead or the like, most of us don't live in Tottenham either. The majority of London outside the posh Georgian parts is terraced or semi-detached brick houses built when the railways expanded in Victorian times and generally is a pleasant place to live.
@@stevebarlow3154 Agreed. Would also agree that is a generally pleasant place to live, you just have to find a London village that suits you. For me it's Chiswick. I've also lived in Shoredtich and Dalston-definitely not my cup of tea. Millenialls seem to love it...each to his own I guess.
@@andrazperko1351 As it happens I lived in Chiswick for a while, until my landlord sold up and I had to move. Chiswick remains one of my favourite parts of London.
Different horses for different courses . As for the real London i think you will find that these areas where very industrialised and the locals worked in the surrounding area. These areas where heavily bombed during the Blitz and was eventually rebuilt with housing estates. There's now a lot of private investors and change slowly starting to happen in these areas like along the river Lee from Tottenham to Stratford and also the areas from Brixton to Croydon. London is made up from village's and it's still possible to find them all over London in the different naighbour hoods , but very few of new local people seem to have any interest but it is very nice when the locals try to make a community out of the new naighbour hoods.
Great video, it reminds me of when we traveled we always found neighborhoods like this. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city to really get a feel of wherever we visited. I'm sitting at home today missing travel so this is so wonderful, thank you!
You are doing a good job with your walking videos. I like that you angle the camera so we see the names of the storefronts. Also your on screen informational identifications are clearly printed and easy to read. One improvement, at least for me, would be ON SCREEN street names every time you enter a new street or alleyway. I really want to know in real time exactly what street you are on without having to jump out or pause and read the printed material printed beneath the video. Keep up the good work. I am an Anglophile currently marooned in San Diego due time Coronavirus.
Thanks for the upload. I did almost the identical walk last Summer on a very hot day and it was great as Hampstead is such an interesting and beautiful borough. It had been some years since I was last there and it was good to see the changes which are mostly for the better. The train from Richmond where I live takes only around 30 minutes so I'll do this walk again next year!
Hampstead is old money and new money. People who have houses near here include Sting, Jimmy Page, Chris Martin, Robbie Williams. near by neighborhoods are Belsize Park and Highgate. On high ground overlooking London, desirable because of air quality.
Also Boy George , Johnathan Ross , Andy Bell , Glenda Jackson , Rachel Davies, To name a few residents . Also Dame Elizabeth Taylor was born there as was joan collins
Hello Sanpo What a lovely walk through a lovely area of London. Wishing it could have been longer. Was that George Michaels snappy snap? Looking forward to the next walk. Take Care Chris and Sandra of Canada.
Well done! Moving to east London next year. Please say, what camera and stabilizer are you using? The colors pop as well! Post-editing in Premiere or anything? Thanks & subscribed!

Lovely video and beautiful place. Keep it up.
I used to have a friend who lived in Hampstead. It was nice seeing it again. A truly lovely town. Very British. Thanks for filming. Cheers!
Strictly speaking Hampstead is a former village, now a London suburb.
It's not a town.
Me walking into estate agents "excuse me, do you have anything for under £3million?" Agent "no sorry we don't specialise in garden sheds" 😄. Brilliant video thankyou

Thank you again for showing the less trodden paths of London. Stay safe and keep'em coming
You are welcome. Stay safe too Rajdeep.
I felt I was on holiday in another country. Lovely places to sit under the trees and back street places to eat. Wish it was south of London
Very beautiful and peaceful place to walk!

Thanks New Walker. Hampstead is nice area to stroll.😊
Relaxing, beautiful, no jibber jabber, and I like the pauses and side alleys. Quality not quantity. I see everyone is 2 years older than last time I walked around there, but didn't see Robbie Coltrane this time...
I didn't recognise anyone famous this time.
The Baptist church on Sunday and the Holly Bush Pub for lunch. Tops!

I am deeply moved! I have not walked that street since 1979 that I left England.
Hello Sanpo
What a lovely walk through a lovely area of London. Wishing it could have been longer. Was that George Michaels snappy snap? Looking forward to the next walk. Take Care Chris and Sandra of Canada.
Hi Chris and Sandra, yes well done!! That's George Michael's Snappy Snap!! I will visit again to film Hampstead in the future 😉 Take care

Thanks for sharing the walk, are you using a hand held tri pod? Camera, phone?
I use a handheld gimbal with my camera. The equipment I use is listed in the description if you would like to see.
It's a great place for a pub crawl. 😉
ロンドンめ!いちいちおしゃれだな

ハムステッド良いところですね。ハイストリートも脇道も雰囲気が良くて私も引っ越ししたいです。South KensingtonとEarls Courtの辺り行く予定なので、その時検討してみます!
Home sweet home :)
Well done! Moving to east London next year. Please say, what camera and stabilizer are you using? The colors pop as well! Post-editing in Premiere or anything? Thanks & subscribed!
Thanks Frank. I used GoPro 7 & a hohem gimbal and edited with shotcut which is a free software 😉
Nice, but you need to do from Ladbroke Grove to Notting Hill to Holland Park to Bayswater my Endz
Like London walk 👍👍
Used to walk this in late 70s....
Hampstead is beautiful, however it's difficult to do it justice in one short film. There are many very attractive streets, Church Row for one, where famous people from the past have lived, and there are many blue plaques adorning the houses. I think several walks in the area would be in order, as Hampstead is not featured often enough by your fellow walkers.
Hi John, yes I will go back and do different locations in Hampstead. Noted Church row! 😉
Sanpo Stroll hi there, it would be great if you can walk around Chiswick, a great West London neighbourhood to visit! Great job with Hampstead! Loved it!😉
Yes Church Row is a gem. There is a house just near the church that Hitchcock used in his very underrated film "Stage Fright"
nice walking my friend,..greeting from new friends..lk1/s+1 👍🔔
