This is what i love about vocaloid songs, its almost as if the voices are used as an instrument. Making it enjoyable even for people like me who can't understand the words being used.
Its not that the voices are there to compliment the other sounds nor is it the opposite, maybe theres something to do with the way they are made but i can't imagine one without the other as easily as you can most other types of songs. Its pretty sad theres so few vocaloid composers active compared to some years ago tho.
