      Salam wa aleykum brother, Is Marokko also a private corporation which exclusively applies commercial law? Are laws made for "persons", which are fictional juridic entities, which have fake IDcards with their family name written all Majuscule...?

    • @CodeSourceSecurity
      @CodeSourceSecurity 18 днів тому

      @@giammarinostamerra4910 Wa aleykum as-salam,
      Morocco is not a private corporation, but rather a sovereign nation-state with its own legal system. The laws in Morocco, like in other countries, apply to both natural persons (real individuals) and legal persons (entities like companies and organizations). These laws are created by the government and are based on various sources, including the Moroccan constitution, statutes, and regulations.
      The notion of "persons" in legal terms refers to both natural persons and legal entities. Natural persons are real human beings, while legal persons can be corporations, organizations, or other entities that are recognized by law as having rights and responsibilities. This distinction is common in many legal systems worldwide, not just in Morocco.
      As for ID cards, they are issued by the government and include personal identification details. The use of capital letters in names on ID cards is a formatting choice and does not imply any change in the legal status of the individual.
      The idea that laws are exclusively for fictional entities or that ID cards with all-caps names indicate some form of corporate identity is a misunderstanding of legal principles. Such theories are often found in certain conspiracy circles but do not hold up under legal scrutiny.
      If you have concerns about legal matters in Morocco, it is advisable to consult a legal professional who can provide accurate and context-specific advice.

    That's great. Many Muslims online keep critiquing the West but live there. It's hypocritical. So all the best to you and may Allah bless your endeavours.

    • @zappy9880
      @zappy9880 17 днів тому +51

      Being hypocritical does not mean you are wrong tho. And people don't move to the US because they have some superior governance system. Its purely for economical reasons.

    • @shadowsaber3
      @shadowsaber3 17 днів тому +46

      Disagree.. it's definitely not hypocritical! Some of these people are forced there by socioeconomic and safety factors. And it still doesn't make them wrong in the points they're making. I'd say living in a muslim country is definitely still better but you never know the exact conditions of a person.

    • @marmedello
      @marmedello 17 днів тому +14

      And some people in the west convert to Islam or were born into it like I was. We simply don’t all have the funds to move to a Muslim country. We struggled my entire time living with my parents, and many years after that. But because my uncle didn’t make Hijra to a Muslim country, my mom was able to discover Islam through him. Of course not all Muslims are giving Da’awa, so they can’t all make that excuse. My husband and I are making plans to move to a Muslim country as soon as possible inshaAllah. We just have a few goals we’d like to achieve first, like finishing our degrees.

    • @harrybarry5224
      @harrybarry5224 17 днів тому +14

      Trust me, if we had the means to leave, we would. But just like Jake, I'd love to move to Morocco. Just need to get the financial independence to do so. This doesn't make me hypocritical one bit if I am still critical of the west. In fact, I'm also critical of the east, the south, and the north. No place is perfect.

    • @droson8712
      @droson8712 17 днів тому +4

      It isn't really hypocritical to critique something as everything has issues. I'm a born Muslim in the U.S. and don't have a choice but there are still many issues (many of which from kufr and lack of fear of Allah) but alhamdulillah living conditions are good as of now.
      Also a lot of people are forced to live in western countries because of living situations and economic conditions often created by the west

    Salaam Alaikum Rahmatullaah
    Excellent reasons to make Hijrah and good reasons to make Hijrah to Marrakesh. I'm born and raised in Texas and embraced Islam over 20 years ago. I married a sister from Marrakech and really thankful to Allah to having placed me in a situation where Hijrah will be easy for us insha Allaah by virtue of Morocco being her birthplace. We visit Morocco so she can see her family and give me the opportunity to get familiar with this Muslim country. I really like Morocco for all the reasons you mentioned and more. Recently visited Marrakech few months ago and it just suddenly struck me and was different than all the previous times I visited. Im walking with my wife near her home and just looked and gazed everywhere..to the Muslims..the Masjids and just seen Islam and a place where I belong. I felt like i was truly home. When we returned home to Texas we talked about it and made the intention to make Hijrah there for the sake of Allah insha Allaah. It will take some time but we are putting together a plan to make it happen insha Allaah.

    I chose this option 40 years ago to preserve my Islam and to bring my kids up in a Muslim environment. At the time, Muslim institutions in America were close to non-existent and I wouldn’t have been able to live with myself if, after coming to Islam myself, watching my children moving away from it or leaving it entirely. It’s a decision which I have never regretted although it must be said that it comes with some challenges. Facing those challenges, however, is far less of an issue than the importance of ensuring a future for Islam in your children and theirs. I totally understand where you’re coming from, brother. May Allah make your way easy and bless you and your family!

    Morocco is an amazing place. I went there for the first time in 2014 to marry from them but i fell more in love with the country itself because of the adhan. I will never forget my reaction when i first heard the adhan so loud, being raised in the USA, i had never experienced that. I knew that all of this was part of the decree of Allah, me marrying a moroccan girl was the first step of one day living in Morocco inshaAllah. Also the people made me feel so welcomed, i didnt experience any racism like i was told by many people before i left to go marry my wife alhamdulillah. I have been to morocco six times ever since and inshaAllah the seventh time will be the final move there.
    Congratulations to you and your family brother Jake, you are living my dream now. Please make dua for me to get there too inshaAllah. May Allah increase your blessings there in morocco ameen

      @@tempacct5812 yeah be careful with those ones. This was one of the reasons why people didnt want me to go but alhamdulillah i trusted in Allah, i had this strong feeling that Allah will never allow me to marry a bad girl, i truly believed in this and i had a strong feeling about the character of my wife and everything worked out. And also i messaged my wife first and i even told her that i plan to live in Guinea conakry and she being ok with that, made me sure that she was honest. Alhamdulillah she came to the US and became more religious and in two years asked me if she could wear the niqab, i was shocked and so happy Alhamdulillah. May Allah bless all you brothers with good wives ameen. Keep your trust in Allah and cut out all the noises

    There are some comments that clearly seem to stem from jealousy. Recently, I've noticed that many people are leaving the West and moving to Muslim countries, including Morocco. You made an excellent decision, and I have a lot of respect for you because that is not an easy choice. You are correct, the West is declining, and children are being subjected to confusing ideas, such as choosing whether they are a girl, boy, he, it, or even a dog.
    To remind Muslims, Allah says in the Quran: “Indeed, those whom the angels take [in death] while wronging themselves - [the angels] will say, ‘In what [condition] were you?’ They will say, ‘We were oppressed in the land.’ The angels will say, ‘Was not the earth of Allah spacious [enough] for you to emigrate therein?’ For those, their refuge is Hell - and evil it is as a destination” [an-Nisa’ 4:97].

    I am a Norwegian, born and raised in Norway. I converted to Islam, but have decided to stay in Europe. I feel like I have a duty to stay in my homeland, preach Islam, and show people that there is no contradiction between being a Norwegian and being Muslim. In fact, becoming a Muslim have only srengthened my Norwegian identity, and being a Muslim makes me feel much more authentically Norwegian than these bland uninspired and meaningless consumerist atheists who are now dominating my country (especially after most Christians have abandoned their Christianity). I don't think everyone living in kaafir lands should make hijrah, but I respect those who do it. May Allah reward you for your efforts and bless you with good intention and a pure heart!:)

Its funny how in one or 2 generations the moral and financial landscape completely have changed. Our fathers and grandfathers migrated mainly for a brighter economic future.
    May Allah bless our Ummah and our well intended decisions.

      They migrated cuz they were being used by Europeans to rebuild Europe. Then Europe suddenly doesn't want them anymore. Your ancestors were being used and they fell for it. Now their kids pay the price.

    Dear brother, welcome to your country. I saw your debate against the apostate Rashid, also when you said that you wanted to move to Morocco. Brother, today I am very happy with your confirmation. We need men like you in this country who truly know Islam.
