What is model name of this product?
Mine came with only 2 reversible discs, not 3, and the beaters for whipping are plastic, not metal. Still, it's a good machine.

What’s about frozen fruits and smoothies?
Yes frozen fruits are smoothly blended in blending jar. I have tried making smoothies.
For dough purpose, how much water should one add for 1 cup of flour
It varies according to type of flour you are using. Usually for 2 cups of flour add 1 cup water. Add water gradually in flour while the mixer is on. When you see dough is combined then stop adding water. Take out the dough from mixer and you have to knead the dough little bit with hands to make it smooth.
For 1 cup flour add half cup water. Don't pour water all at once.

If you want smooth thin paste then you can use blender for that. For example green chutney or tomato chutney can be made in blender.

You can combine the dough as shown in video. But after combining the dough. Little bit hand kneading is required for gluten formation.
You didn’t show how to use mini chopper? That comes extra with this, mini bowl i am facing problem to fix it even followed the guideline can you help plz?
You just need to attach that small bowl in to central shaft and attach blade . Just like other attachments juicer, cutting disks etc.

Simply rotate it to opposite direction
Can we not dice the vegetables
No it doesn't have any attachment for dicing.
It can slice, shred and chop
How is the sound outcome is it too noisy?
It is noisy as other food processors.

Can the blender handle frozen fruit and ice? Have not been able to find any videos showing actual ice being blended, only soft foods
Yeah it can blend frozen fruits. I haven't tried blending Ice yet. Will try to make a video for this

Mine doesn't spin. I have returned and reordered, same thing. Am I doing something wrong?
It doesn't spin if not locked properly . No other reason.
When locked then spin.
Have you tried all attachments? Blender jug and grinder also doesn't spin?

If none of the attachment is working than maybe it is manufacturing defect.

It is not available on Amazon.
Its name is Multipro classic.
You can also search for Multipro sense that is more advance and have cuttibg disc storage as well as some more cutting discs.

Yes it is 2 ltr but max capacity for processing is 1.5 ltr .

I just bought it so it is kinda disappointing.
Made in cuntry
Rubbish product. Half of its accessories didn't even work out of the box because only the central shaft is functioning properly. Apparently Kenwood's "warranty" does not cover faulty products to be returned and replaced. Just got an address for a repair shop 20km away, that's it ! Save your money and buy yourself a decent food processor from a decent brand from the start.
