Is this big cat in Austin Texas an ocelot

We were at the P Terry's drive through near Austin Bergstrom International, and I spotted a big cat - over 12 inches tall, maybe 24-30" from nose to butt, with a long striped tail. I know ocelots are supposed to hunt in the dawn or dusk, but this was a massive cat - far bigger than a domestic cat, even one that chows down on burgers all day and night. I can only think that it was an ocelot.

Looks like a Tabby Chupacaburrito. They eat a Ocelotta Meowmix.

It looked like it was much bigger though. If I had to estimate, it was around 25-30 lbs - the ocicat seems to peak at about 15lbs.
