Simple answer is yes I would love to see more work from the outstanding crew at AusArmour. It is my regret that I have very little chance to ever see that wonderful collection in person. But I have not missed an episode you all have posted once I found the channel. So thank you all for the hard work and for sharing it with us.

Truly a testament to the enduring quality of German engineering being brought back to life by modern craftsmen.
A huge thank you to Daz and Jess, and yes, a featurette of the entire build would be amazing.

You are absolutely right to say this is a celebration of the design, engineering and manufacturing abilities of ordinary Germans in factories. To marvel at a superb piece of engineering does not in any way glorify the regime that produced it. Just the people that actually cut, turned and machined metal.

Ive been to Bovington, Samur, Aberdeen and AusArmour twice. Not to mention other smaller museums around the world. AusArmour might not have the biggest collection but these videos give me a greater personal attachment to AusArmour, the vehicles and the team than any of the others put together. It would be great if you could set up a viewing area of the workshop so that we can wander outside and see the gang at work. You get glimpses inside the workshop but I'd love to see it in action if there is a way that it could be done without bothering the workers. Great work gang, every time you finish a vehicle, I want to make the trip up to see the machine I saw the videos on.

I was so surprised when I discovered your museum is up in Cairns. I honestly thought that with such an amazing collection and skilled crew, you must be part of a national museum in Canberra rather than a privately owned museum. I'm so grateful to you guys for bringing these old tanks to the other side of the Earth and restoring them so professionally so that us Aussies can admire them and learn from them. You and your museum are a solid asset to the nation and one day I'll have to fly over from Perth to visit. Thank you for all your hard work! Bloody good job guys.

Also from me a big thank you for all these hard work. I nearly shared a tear in the final camera moves...
For me it´s almost a obeisance for the men who served in these machines and often gave their life.
Here in Germany most of the people look back in history and just entitle them all as "Nazi´s". So sad to
see. Thanks again for you guys to keep a little (well a heavy little) of our history alive.

Thank you guys so much for sharing all this. I agree. Rebuilding these is not a matter of glorifying war. It's about the engineering. I have Jewish heritage and even if this was a symbol of Nazism, (which I don't believe it is), I firmly believe in celebrating the prowess of the people involved in building these machines, regardless of the political motives behind them. A country is just a section of land, it's the people, and what they do that matters.

A monumental effort by dedicated and skilled tradesmen brings this vehicle back from a pile of scrap, to a beautifully restored part of history. I have watched the restoration process of the Jagdpanther from the beginning, and while I am amazed at the job that the team has done, I can only guess at the feeling of achievement the team must feel now that it is now on display.

Greetings from the USA. I found this exceptional channel 2 days ago and I sacrificed productivity at my day job yesterday and today to watch all 13 episodes of the Jagdpanther restoration. The channel, the museum and the restoration / video crews are second to none. Although visiting Australia is on my bucket list, I’m not sure if I will ever have the opportunity to visit your beautiful country but if in do, your museum and its mind blowing collection of vehicles will be on the top of my list. The Mrs can go see that opera house thing in Sydney but I know that I’ll be coming to experience the really important place…..your museum! The quality of work and the lengths to which the team goes to make things (literally from scratch) historically accurate is beyond compare. My next video series will be the Stug and the Tiger episodes will shortly follow. Thank you so much for saving the vehicles from becoming rust, thanks for preserving and displaying them and thanks for documenting the process so a life long tank / armored vehicle nerd a half world away can watch and share the experience. You guys ROCK!!!!

Can't wait to see it up close next weekend! If those wire tow ropes get used just once in the field they stretch about 200mm-400mm as the wire weaving tightens. That's why the factory routing is rarely seen on in-use vehicles, and why the factory routing is so tight.

Amazing work. Makes my efforts to restore WW1 and WW2 Lee Enfield rifles pale into comparison.
Good point at the end. We appreciate them as feats of engineering. Not symbols of ideology.
My grandfather’s job was partly to destroy German armour in WW2 (2nd NZEF artillery). So seeing these brought back to life helps keep the memories of him alive in my mind.

It just goes to show how amazing the engineers were IN WAR TIME, when everything's rush rush rush, quickly get it out the door and build another one in a few days for for cheap.
I've got loads of Germany tools and they are the dogs bollocks.
