I just want to say THANK YOU SO MUCH! My buddy and I built this table, and these plans are perfect! I had the lumber and screws laying around so it only cost me about $40 to make this. We are just getting into arm wrestling, and your table design and plans are helping us have a ton of fun! I really appreciate all your other videos too! You, sir, are AWESOME!
I’m also currently building a new table, I’m using my own design tho just looking at what other people have done, look at my channel there is a video of my old one, soon to be a video of a much better table
Thanks so much for making this video. Ive been building the table all week. I'm almost done building it. Tomorrow I'm going to sand it and stain it. Then hopefully add the hardware this weekend.
I like the wood gym. Can you weld? Have you ever thought about learning how if not? Welding and your carpenter skills the possibilities would be endless.
as always amazing content!! one day that i get the room for it, i'll build many of the stuff you show, thx bro, u are in inspiration! and make sure to train hard so i can one day see u at wal :D
Just in case anyone is wondering..... You absolutely can make all those cuts from those 11 pieces of wood. We got it on the third try on paper lol. We ended up having 7 pieces that had a 38.5 inch and a 38 inch piece..... I forget the rest lol. but it can be done.
Im going to design my table like this as well! Except I want to be able to disassemble it for easier transport. Any ideas? Was thinking some bolts/washers/nuts instead of screws on the leg/base/tabletop connections. Edit just going to use rectangular tubing for the base/legs instead of wood.
At 4:13, you said make sure the dimensions are 26" by 38", but if the wood is 2" thick and you are using a 35" piece of wood, then 35+2+2 = 39". A little confused about that. I''m planning on building this so please respond if you know why this is the case.
90% of the time your 2x4’s are going to be 1.5” x 3.5” because the wood has been processed in the planer already unless you specifically ask for rough pieces of wood but they’re not to great to work with
thanks for the video, I could capture a couple of things here :) I'm also making my own armwrestling table, posted 2 videos already on that (design and framing), the finishing one comes soon. I hope they can help someone as well. btw I bought a 35kg rubber band for pulling practice as well, I love this sport!
Thank you for your guide. I used it when i made my table this week. I made some changes to the table legs and made the table top from 2 layers of half inch plywood glued together. Picture showing the legs: ibb.co/1GJXz6v
hey friend, have you ever tried to sell the arm wrestling table? Im thinking of building and selling that so im just wondering if youve had offers for it, would it sell ?
Are you sure you meant 9.5” for the pin pad vinyl covering? It doesn’t seem possible to me to wrap a 4” tall and 2” wide pad with 9.5” of vinyl. Because 4”+2”+4” + maybe 1” of excess = 11”.

Brilliant design! Looks great! I’m going to use your design for my homemade table during the Quarantine of 2020!
I’m also currently building a new table, I’m using my own design tho just looking at what other people have done, look at my channel there is a video of my old one, soon to be a video of a much better table
BIGBROTHERBASH when is the new one coming out?
I completed this in May 2020 and it looks great and holds up well! 💪🏼
.

Got the table done. Been training on it a lot. Wish you could see it
This is a flawless video. Thank you! I wish others would get back to this kind of straightforward presentation.
Dude I’m going to make this for sure. Instead of the 2x4 too though I’m going to use an acrylic resin. I think it would look dope
I cant express how much I love you on the way you made this video!
Glad you enjoyed it
Nice simple design, and it looks very sturdy. The price can't be beat either! Thanks so much for the production breakdown. Need to make one now!!
Amazing solid build, now I know what my second table will be for 2020!
“Kneeling pad” works Amazing for elbow pads
Just the thing I was looking for. Awesome vid.
I love it! Keep it up brudduh, you are a big inspiration to me.
Thanks! Will do
Awesome, thanks for the video I made one👍🏽👍🏽, tables go for $400 this is a awesome sturdy design
Incredible.
3/8ths in. Flange bushing! Got it!
Phenomenal 💪🏽
Sir, you are a mad man😮👌🏼
I just built this table and with the lumber prices now it cost me about 200$ . It’s a super solid table. Can’t wait to put some miles on it.

Great tutorial my guy
Very good job
This is invaluable information. Thank you.
Very helpful vid. Many thanks mate
Im gonna try and build this in my woodshop class at school
Edit: got it done and already have an armwrestling match lol
Solid video!
I’m making this for my dads birthday so he can beat me ☺️
Adjustable bench and power rack weight box system for lat pull downs. Please !!

This is an amazing idea for arm wrestling on a budget! Thanks man! Do you think that a table like that would hold a pulley system?
Yes easily

Actually I just learned that apparently 2x4 wood is actually 1.5" by 3.5". Is this always the case?

Awesome table. Is it really necesary to cut down the middle 2x4s with a table saw? Couldnt you just trim the outside board ?
I think it's finally time....
Having a really hard time trying to locate the 3/8 flange bushings... Only ones I can find are threaded
Great design... What's the diameter of the bolts you use on the plywood for padding??
Cannot find the flange pushings anywhere, what would i put in on amazon or ebay?

I built my armwrestling robot based on this design! (:
How
Is it not 16 holes on the table top and 16 bushings? There are 4 holes for all 4 pieces of plywood
Which regulation is this table built for? I got a schematic for one but the measurements dont rly align.
200th Like👍 💪💪
What happened to you dude...? Its been a while you did not post anything....
i bought the supplies to make it but the cost of wood has doubled since you made the video , Corona fees
hey friend, have you ever tried to sell the arm wrestling table? Im thinking of building and selling that so im just wondering if youve had offers for it, would it sell ?
You need 12 2x4
Are you sure you meant 9.5” for the pin pad vinyl covering? It doesn’t seem possible to me to wrap a 4” tall and 2” wide pad with 9.5” of vinyl. Because 4”+2”+4” + maybe 1” of excess = 11”.
Now you've got a 100lbs table that can't be moved to practice with people
