- In this episode I get to train with Shihan Jerry Otto at his Shen Dragon Dojo in St. Thomas in the US Virgin Islands. A very good conversation follows in which we discuss his dojo, the Youth outreach he and his wife Sensei Celine Otto are doing, the common lineage we share through Master Tadashi Yamashita, and more. Hi Sensei, i dont normally comment on videos.
I have been training for about 43 years, im 63 years old now.
Iv ended up running the dojo now for the last 10 years.
Your channel popped up on my feed, id just like to say how your humbleness resonates with me,it is not every day i see this.
Im working my way through and being inspired again.
Im still a student and always need to learn with a aging body, nothing can remain the same.
