Hi Daniel, Andrej here. That beast looks and cuts like a champ 😉. I can recommend the 3 flute face milling tools from sorotec in Germany (10-30mm) if you can get them.
I have 3 insert facemills in 28mm and 40mm ,stayed with the same 6mm tool for the entire job - saves a toolchange in this workflow. The larger cutters dont like a deep depth of cut and in this instance I had 6mm to take off , experimenting with difference between large WOC vs large DOC

Going through your videos now nice machines did you make them yourself? I have had my diy CNC sitting for months not being used need some motivation to get cutting again and your vids are definitely helping. Keep them coming. Cheers

Yes they are SMW vices , I forgot to order soft jaws and the freight from US is huge so time to make some . Yes I made all my machines .
