I moved to Walderslade 2 years ago and it is about 3 miles outside of Chatham. Everyone AVOIDS Chatham it is awful, sit in a coffee shop and watch what goes on in the high street. You will be seriously shocked!! I remember Chatham in the 70's visiting navy day with my dad, it was an amazing place back then. Got to say Gillingham High Street is not far off and is definitely another no go zone but used to be a beautiful town years ago !
Used to live in Dartford - worse areas there than Stone - my bro lived right next to Stone Crossing Station - always seemed OK to me. Loads of worse places in Kent - how about Leysdown or Sheerness
I used to live a 5 min walk away from Stone and go to the social club there often, it has a lot of problems but it's by no means the worst place in Kent but all your points are valid
I used to live in Charles Street and drink in the Lads of the Village. I must admit that I was a bit surprised by this video. I guess that like a lot of run down places, what it needs is investment. I have to agree that there are far worse places to live in Kent.
I spent a year of my childhood in Joyce Green hospital which is in Stone, came down with a very rare meningitis and apart from one brief bout of consciousness I was in a coma for just under a year.
There's a plethora of programs like this on UA-cam about the degradation of British society. One of these days we might get some insights into what's causing it. It's the lack of knowledge about what makes good societies that lies behind it. It seems a whol nation has lost the nerve to live properly. It's forgotten how to do it.
Most dangerous series is just classed on worst crime rates but I did do a video on Sheerness if you would like to check it out > Worst Place to Live in Kent! Worst Town in Kent! ua-cam.com/video/S2KEt3HM1vs/v-deo.html
You can guarantee that most or all the sexual and violent assaults can be attributed to Bluewater as well as all the shoplifting. Stone is one of the sleepiest quietest places you could pass through. Fun fact, it once housed the largest water park in the uk and was demolished after only a few years due to the foundations sinking into marshland. Had some great days out there as a kid.
The only connection i know of a celebrity to that area was the DJ Tommy vance who passed away in Darent Valley hospital in 2005 which is a Stone's throw away up the road, great loss to the world of Radio and TV, RIP tommy.
Stone did have one claim to fame, which will fit into your "Journey to the most dangerous town in Kent ". Tony Lambrianos lived in Stone after his release. I'll leave it for you to find out who Tony was.😅😂❤
Kent is not nice or posh. I was born there, I know. Please stop peddling that myth. It's one of the most divided counties, but the fact that places like Stone have these issues when things are supposedly so "posh" proves that they're not. It underlines the huge disparity between the rich & poor. It also shows that it makes no difference to poor people's lives if there's a bunch of toffs living a few miles away.
I literally live on the same street as those shops - definitely want to move out of stone - its gotten worse over the last few years, and is getting too built up!
Some years ago ( OMG ! ) a young GEEZER asked me ( in this town ) , if my mobile was ringing ... I did not own one then .. so ... he went away somewhat MIFFED ... QED ...... DAVE™🛑
I rented a flat in "london street" Folkstone 16 years ago, after 4 short months and not really interested in learning "polish" I realised that the best part of folkstone was the road out of it,! only god knows what it is like today!! nuff said!! 😮💨💩💩💩...
It’s not really much different,London Street is still shit….apparently it’s all so wonderful to live her now,or so a certain gentleman with some rather expensive flats to sell would have you believe 😎
The fact is it has the highest recorded crime therefore making statistically the most dangerous, you can argue places with higher violent crime result in more injuries or deaths. But statistically when combine all crime types this is the most dangerous.
Na, Stone isn't a crime spot. I'd happily walk down there .... far worse places in Kent
I lived just outside this area for 20+ years, I was never afraid to walk around the area
For a kick off Stone's not a town it's part of Dartford get ya fact's right
I used to live in Halstead, Essex back in the 90’s and always enjoyed visiting Kent. I’ve been back in NZ for over 20 years and miss England.
What part of NZ Halstead there's not a lot there
@@richlee509 Mount Maunganui on the East coast.
You live in Nz and miss England. That insane. Nz is the most beautiful country ever.
I used to live in Swanscombe and now live in NZ to and I also miss England

@@GaryWhite-jf7zr Yeah definitely, there's a running theme
Could say you lived a “stones throw away” 😅😂
Great video! We live in Essex and never knew that there was a place called Stone in Kent
There are several. There’s Stone in Oxney and Stone cum Ebony. Both near Tenterden. I grew up in Kent and I never heard of this one.
I live in Stone its very quiet, only reason stats are high is because of bluewater
Just came to the comments to say the same thing
I spent a year of my childhood in Joyce Green hospital which is in Stone, came down with a very rare meningitis and apart from one brief bout of consciousness I was in a coma for just under a year.
Joyce Green hospital closed about 20 years ago when they opened Darent Valley.
For a start half of the stuff shown is The Brent, not Stone

Try living in Chatham now that's a shit hole and there's always police sirens going off
Try Chatham! That’s far worse.
Definitely.
Went to Stone today. Incredibly safe. Bluewater is the crime driver- surprised by the violent crime stats.
@user-eh3sr7pm3f that’s interesting to hear. Perhaps it’s a different place at night to during the day. What types of things happen down there?
The statistics take in all of the incidents at Bluewater shopping centre too.
I'd have gone for Sheerness. Mind you there aren't many nice towns in Kent.
Most dangerous series is just classed on worst crime rates but I did do a video on Sheerness if you would like to check it out > Worst Place to Live in Kent! Worst Town in Kent!

I lived in Kent for many years. I shall never return, it's in ruins now. Thanks tories!
Kent is a big place mate. Like all other counties it has good and bad towns.
There's a town called Stone in Staffs, too...
I used to live in Waterstone park near there fond memories 😢
I liked the video you did on Sheerness Island of sheppey.
Yeah Tracey, Mouth of the South lived there in the day

have you visited weston super mare?
On the list, thanks for watching!
I’m from Thanet and it’s a lot worse
Those electricity towers are spreading huge amounts of electromagnetic pollution! Why are homes built right under them?
Hi! Thanks for sharing!
Why are you showing places of The Brent and Greenhithe in your video?
I thought it was all supposed to be about Stone!
Probably because you drive through Stone in less than five minutes and the poster wanted to pad his little video out.
Stone did have one claim to fame, which will fit into your "Journey to the most dangerous town in Kent ".
Tony Lambrianos lived in Stone after his release.

Stone worse than Sheerness? Nooooo

Don’t judge the whole of Kent by the limited places you have experience of…🙄
I literally live on the same street as those shops - definitely want to move out of stone - its gotten worse over the last few years, and is getting too built up!
There was a famous girl called Sharon who met up with a guy called Manson in Hollywood.😮
If you want to see real crime. Come to Oakland, California. 😬 4:27
Dont leave a Stone upturned
Unsure why the same shots were repeated over and over
Some years ago ( OMG ! ) a young GEEZER asked me ( in this town ) , if my mobile was ringing ... I did not own one then .. so ... he went away somewhat MIFFED ... QED ...... DAVE™🛑
Being a part of dartford borough is not a benefit or anything to boast about
Lol 😂
Chatham is far, far worse

Stone isn't a town
Lol I live here. It ain't that bad but the place is going down hill.
WHO SAYS ITS THE MOST DANGEROUS? PROVIDE THE FACTS THEN??? Need to rephrase to most of the uk is dangerous now?
The fact is it has the highest recorded crime therefore making statistically the most dangerous, you can argue places with higher violent crime result in more injuries or deaths. But statistically when combine all crime types this is the most dangerous.
Looking forward to a full turd town in Kent! Tonbridge missing link teens tried having a rap battle with Tunbridge Wells!
WOW! Your skies have really been poluted with chem trails
Doesnt Stone have its own mental hospital
Westminster does
It was turned into lixury flats and you mean the Stone Asylum
Bluewater is in Stone
Oh dear
I had more crap in folkestone than Stone or Dover or the thanet towns.
Sheer ness , addington
Do me a favour 😂 stone is posh compared to other places
I wonder what the percentage of immigrants is ? Just wondering !!
