A few things to add about sensitivity: 1. There are several websites and also aimlabs itself that you can use to convert your sens to cm/360. Mouse-sensitivity.com works well 2. You do NOT have to play at my recommended sens. Some of you guys may have been playing ultra high sens for years and if it works for you, great! There are plenty of people with insanely good aim at crazy fast sens (like 5cm/360) but there’s very few in call of duty, and especially warzone. So if you’re wanting to change, try just cutting your sens slightly instead of making a massive jump. And over time, you can keep lowering your sens every few months if you desire to 3. A good rule of thumb for mouse pad size and sens. At a minimum, you should be able to do a mouse swipe on your pad and do about a 180. You don’t have to be able to do a full 360 in one swipe as long as you learn to efficiently swipe when needed 4. If you’re really struggling with arm aiming, intentionally lower your sens even more (atleast +25%) and try basic aimlabs scenarios like gridshot. A few round of this then go back to your normal sens and arm aiming will start to feel like a breeze. Hope this helps, good luck fighting against aim assist 🫡

@@coolskullripper6346 this is 100% correct. Mnk is just rewarding overall, you are the sole input whereas controller AA pretty much does the micro aiming for you. So basically you and the console are teammates. It’s take a lot of work to compete using mnk, hence the multiple aiming scenarios he listed at the end of the video.
I havent played a COD in ages and have long been a pc only MnK player for ages against other MnK players. Im no aiming god but I'm certainly above average. Got a controller and even though I haven't played a fps with a controller in a decade I could see immediately how much easier it is on a controller.
You’re not above average aim. Most MnK players haven’t developed the muscle memory to perform at an above average level. Some of the best aimers in the world can use their entire arm, wrist and fingers to aim, while the average person can only use a portion of their arm muscles. Some aim with only wrist, some aim with only arm, and while that’s not a bad thing, it certainly limits what MnK is truly capable of. That’s why aim trainers exist for PC, but almost never for console.
@Lupus-et-Agnus way to really generalize without knowing anything at all. You wrote a lot there that really means nothing. While most of what you wrote is not untrue it also has no bearing on how below or above average I maybe. Your argument is plain weak at best. You say I can't be above average because aim trainers exist on PC? Is that really your argument? Aim trainers really aren't a thing on console because most of the work is done for you with very heavy aim assist.
@@theripper121 While you are right that I don't know how well you aim. I'm just saying that people who usually say they're above average, aren't really above average. My fault for not making that clear. Another thing. If you've never trained on an aim trainer, you wont know how bad or how good you really are, and you'll only be above average aim on the game you play, so if you only play cod, the muscles used are far different than the ones used for counter strike, and aim trainers help develop the muscles you don't use making it easier to aim in all sorts of games without much time adjust.

Great video! You showed me a couple of settings that I did not know of. One setting you mentioned was 'Mouse Wheel Delay'. You mentioned setting it to '0'. I use my mouse wheel to switch weapons and have set that delay to 250. This allows me to roll the wheel in one direction and switch the weapon just once. I can quickly reverse direction to switch the weapon back if I need to. If you set it to '0', it will switch your weapon multiple times so you really have to be careful of how far you move it.
1600 dpi....game sense 2.50...ads multiplier .85 is my sweet spot i usually leave the ads multiplier at 1 but in this game i was having a hard time tracking and lowering it to .85 actually helped me track a lot better
So the thing about legacy. If you want to be able to move your mouse the same distance on your mousepad and make the same 180 turn or the exact same 90 degree flick regardless of hipfire or 1x then legacy and 1.00 will give you that. But for 2x-3x i set the ads to 1.20 to keep the 3x scope 1:1 cm/360. Monitor distance is technically the correct 1:1 but there’s something convenient for some people about having just one cm/360

Last but what is your best tip on measuring your the 360 travel for your mouse? Edit: Keeping my sens the same but the change in the monitor coefficient helped a TON. 1.33 (default?) to 1.78. I just have to get accustom to the damn movement and become more fluid with it.

I am not a good player by any means but i feel like controller has an advantage in this CoD because of the increased movement speed. I just cant keep up a lot of the time
@@hushed6160 Same, I'm usually a top player like GM DPS in OW as Genji, Cass, Soldier, Tracer, etc. (I play most), while also being Pred in Apex (controller is FAR better balanced than Bo6), and several other games - I've practiced aim for thousands of hours... But Bo6??? AA counteracts flinch, it tracks through and couteracts equipment effects such as the concussion, it tracks through foliage, it tracks through the insane visual clutter, it immediately automatically adjusts to strafe directional changes at 0ms (rather than at least 200ms - which is pro level, at least reaction, but 0ms is nowhere near humanly possible to track against), etc. It's wild how ridiculously overpowered the AA is done for Bo6 players and they lack all self-awareness to think "hey, maybe this is too much." It's not fun at all as an MnK because even the average player poses a threat, so you have to tryhard 24/7 to maintain a 2-3 KDA (and the SBMM is going to put you with controller players that have near perfect aim at this point, so good luck!). You know what the worst part is? There's people actually JUSTIFYING this ridiculously overtuned AA. I'VE PLAYED BOTH INPUTS AT PRO LEVELS!!! I know when AA is overdone. The skill ceiling for MnK being theoretically higher is likely not even humanly achievable to beat pro controllers atm because of its current state being so overtuned. It's like the Apex situation before AA nerfs, but 2x worse because the AA is on steriods here, lol. And the arguments for it are always purposely talking in extremes (I've never advocated to remove AA, just balance it better), saying skill issue to a literal 0.1% FPS and aim trainer player, saying "it's not that strong" (It's one of the strongest of any popular FPS - especially crossplay), "just play controller" (smh, this is the worst non-argument exuding ignorance and dismissal), or "stop complaining, controller is fine, MnK players are annoying" (because those that have it easy love ad-hominen and making non-arguments). I WISH the accuracy stats were released or leaked between the 2 inputs (MnK would be getting devoured by controller stats) so that people can eat Activision alive and make Treyarch fix the issue rather than the recent, not joking, softest do-nothing AA nerf I've ever seen in recent times. It's virtually indistinguishable outside of 5m when you watch side-by-side footage, and the strength is the same, only affecting the area of which the AA will track for you before stopping within 5m. There's a CLEAR fear in nerfing controller because it could affect sales (controller is also the majority) - even though it's blatantly overtuned several times over what controller needs to be competative. Crazy. CoD doesn't care about skill, it just wants to favor whichever input will sell more. Controller players beaming people thinking they're good can live out their fantasy with nowhere near the same effort and skill to generate similar results on MnK. Funny thing is, I'm not against AA, I'm against blatantly excessively overtuned AA.
inverted mouse player here I’m only 39 lol 😂 basically 50 thow idk it’s og halos fault it always felt natural and it just stuck iv tryed to go back i can’t just feels wrong. I was on controller & console back then night day difference between pc with m&k my aim has never been better. Great info!
I keep commenting but try the loose mantle! For me it feel way smoother moving around. Might take a second to get used to but I hated pressing spacebar and then not mantling something because I’m not directly looking at it
Is it better keyboard or controller for this game? My aim is sht without a mouse, but controller has analog movement and that can be good if you wanna walk slowly
For me 1600dpi is to sensitiv for windows/web browsing and navigating ingame menu's, 800 feels nice and balanced. Sure i could change it, but i prefer to stick with the default windows pointer speed. So 800dpi, relative, 4 ingame, coefficient at default 1.33, with ads multipliers at its default feels good to me😄
If you don't mind me asking, what is your KD in this game? I'm usually 2.5 or higher and I can barely break 1.5 right now it feels like aim assist is far superior
Thanks I was doing 1800 dpi with 8 sens i couldnt hit anything then I went to 6 sens but i still was missing alot. Now i put it on 1600 dpi and 3 sens it feels weird but it way more accurate just need to adjust and get used to but with how fast bo6 is i just couldnt hold on to the target. Thanks
Idk if its just me but on black ops 6 i find it a tad bit harder to aim because i feel like its a lot more going on and not even with all the movement. My screen feels hella cluttered when trying to track people so its hard for me to see people is basically what im saying. I hopped on mw3 to see if i was trippin but i was dominating but when i hoped on bo6 its like my visual is fucked and idk. Its like damn how can i track people when i can barely see em but from the looks of it it seems like im gonna need a scope because idk if its just me but the iron sights are TERRIBLE.
Does it get really bad as you move up? I got ganked but after 5 games I figured out now im doing good. I use legacy and I use high sens it feels natural to me.
I used a sensitivity calculator that got me to 26 cm / 360 however the resulting in game sensititvity has me unable to turn around and do a 360 in that distance.
I just started competitive gaming and was struggling to play black ops 6, and just realized I've set my sensitivity to 11 (you suggested 1.77) that's why i was getting cooked
Capslock for relaoding this really made me laugh 😂 Because we are using R for relaoding since ages . Its like saying i use arrow keys for movement 😂 Nice video though . Got alot of new info .
Bo6 is the hardest mkb cod so far. The maps are so small and clustered almost every "advantage" mkb players had is gone. Keeping up with AA is by far the most challenging it's ever been. Staying above a 2 kd with 8+ avg elims in SND puts me in the most demonic lobbies and tbh, for the first time, it's not fun.
I think I might be high sens gang because why it was so damn slow when I set my sens to 3. (My DPI was at 1600) And I was playing on 8-11 before. After your advice I found my comfortable sens around 5 but that's still 8000 eDPI and that's a lot
Should I change my monitor coificent if I’ve been playing on 1.33 on 1080p monitor for the last 2 cods? I’d say I’m pretty good and like my aim, would this mess with me if I swap it to 1.77? What does this exactly do?
I'm used to doing hold to sprint on shift and crouch on mouse 4 so I can slide easily. If I change to tac sprint assist do I even have to press the sprint button at all? Cause then I could just use ctrl for crouch and avoid having to use mouse buttons. Also, thanks for the video!
nope, you basically dont need a sprint button with sprint assist fully on. although i still use mine because if you hit it from a crouch it will usually make your guy stand up and start running
What am I doing wrong. I set my DPI to 1600, moved mouse sense to 1.77, mouse distance coefficient to 1.78. I have to pick up mouse and move from edge of pad to edge of pad 3 times for full 360? Do people really play on that setting? Not sure I could ever get used to that.

I use a higher sense in this game since the game play is a lot faster than CS2. Im still not sure if im gonna keep this sense in BO6...
ADS sens. is not lower=slower and changing FOV while ADSing is not 1.00 also... so its slower if you left it that way. Someone correct me if I'm wrong but I had to raise it to like 1.3 to be able to track players with ads when they are close to me.

Edit: i have NEVER considered monitor coefficient, and i have always used 800 DPI. Sometimes my arm / hand gets "lazy" and i can't seem to slide it enough to correct my aim? which is odd. Im not a potato, but im also not UhMazzInggggg lol. So with saying that, i genuinely and curious why my monitor distance coefficient was "1.33" ? i have never in any cods ever touched this or considered this.. I am on 1440 like you. which i was like theres no way thats "1.33". So that begs the question the hell was that defaulted to me?.. Is it just a value defaulted in the game? Last but what is your best tip on measuring your the 360 travel for your mouse?
Edit: Keeping my sens the same but the change in the monitor coefficient helped a TON. 1.33 (default?) to 1.78. I just have to get accustom to the damn movement and become more fluid with it.
Learned a lot bro thanks !!
Hey, really good educating video. Gonna adjust all of this when i try the blackops 6 multi in an hour. Would have missed or not understood half of this. Keep doing your thing👑
I’m not even gonna say what my binds are like. when I tell people what I jump with they get so confused lmaooo great video!
Thanks for the video TC, I am an old man (73) still loving gaming, my KD is 1.14. I use 1600dpi with game sens of 2.45 and 0.85 ads and 1.2 Vertical sens. But I cannot find your trainers in Aimlabs :(
are you using legacy or relative? and if you want to learn only one sensitivity so should I use legacy?
Any recommendations on which mousepad go use for shooters?
10:19 My keybinds kind of work off of me starting out kbm on BF2042. Some I know of the top of my head are Z to prone, E to interact, Q to ping
Thanks for a really good video.
What sound setting are you using with your IEM ? Loundness EQ ? TRYarch mix ? Stereo ?
Sucker punch currently
@TCaptainX just that ? Do you use the loundness equalization on windows settings ?
Thanks you very much for the tips on Bo6 it help me becuase I don't really play FPS on keyborad and Mouse i mostly play MMOs on Keyborad and Mouse not FPS so this was very useful for me
I am not a good player by any means but i feel like controller has an advantage in this CoD because of the increased movement speed.
Yeah I play inverted y axis on both KBM and controller but I'm not old.
Great video, appreciate it
How can you play with 1600 dpi and 1.77 in game sensitivity i just tried it and its soooooo slow. 4.4 seems better.
@@FernandoMoodyMusic are you checking your individual mouse settings outside the game? This was my problem too.
Yea which is the dpi. I have mine at 1600@@nathankrassow3007
If you have a 500x500 mousepad that’s a full 360 with the entire pad, it’s def on the lower range but pretty common in other slower paced games
Great video!
inverted mouse player here I’m only 39 lol 😂 basically 50 thow idk it’s og halos fault it always felt natural and it just stuck iv tryed to go back i can’t just feels wrong. I was on controller & console back then night day difference between pc with m&k my aim has never been better. Great info!
800 dpi (in game 5.75)
5th prestige
1.4 KD been playing ranked too having a blast
What dpi do you use at the 1.77 senstivity?
I keep commenting but try the loose mantle! For me it feel way smoother moving around. Might take a second to get used to but I hated pressing spacebar and then not mantling something because I’m not directly looking at it
Is it better keyboard or controller for this game?
My aim is sht without a mouse, but controller has analog movement and that can be good if you wanna walk slowly
Controller is way better if you have the time to learn it. Aim assist is ridiculous.
Glad I mained overwatch for years after I stopped playing cod and Fortnite my aim is great on BO6 cause of it
For me 1600dpi is to sensitiv for windows/web browsing and navigating ingame menu's, 800 feels nice and balanced. Sure i could change it, but i prefer to stick with the default windows pointer speed. So 800dpi, relative, 4 ingame, coefficient at default 1.33, with ads multipliers at its default feels good to me😄
Honestly just play controller. AA is so broken. Not sure if its a bug but it tracks people through walls alot 😂
Yea bro it tracks through the stairs when on the 2nd floor shooting into their spawn in nuketown 😂 and I still just want to use mnk
Helped allot thanks
If you don't mind me asking, what is your KD in this game? I'm usually 2.5 or higher and I can barely break 1.5 right now it feels like aim assist is far superior
@@mariomotley8395 yeah aim assist is crazy broken rn
in BO6 it’s like 1.7 but I’m camo grinding.
In warzone, it’s like a 3 when I play MnK
@@TCaptainX keep me posted. Let me know how you do after your camo grind I'm struggling to beat aim, assist on mouse and keyboard
i was playing 1600 dpi at 5.30 in game sense and tbh i felt super comfortable with it however i did end up lowering it to 1600 dpi and 2.50
Great video, thanks for sharing your settings. May I know the model of the IEM you use? Have you tried Supermix 4?
Thanks I was doing 1800 dpi with 8 sens i couldnt hit anything then I went to 6 sens but i still was missing alot. Now i put it on 1600 dpi and 3 sens it feels weird but it way more accurate just need to adjust and get used to but with how fast bo6 is i just couldnt hold on to the target. Thanks
What’s a good sense for 2400dpi? Or 3200 dpi?
He listened!!! Let's gooooooooooo
What mouse would you recommend for a kbm console player please I would love to know needing a new mouse cap
I have always arm aimed, im starting to think I'm never going to be able to quit my job. People tell me I'm too sensitive about it, but... Oh.
I’m literally watching this just for the keybind 😂
Does it get really bad as you move up? I got ganked but after 5 games I figured out now im doing good. I use legacy and I use high sens it feels natural to me.
My DPI is at 2000 and in game sens is on 2.75. I'm dropping a lot more kills now!
do you still go back to sprinting after adsing ?
hi you really have a nice keyboard what keyboard is it?
I used a sensitivity calculator that got me to 26 cm / 360 however the resulting in game sensititvity has me unable to turn around and do a 360 in that distance.
I just started competitive gaming and was struggling to play black ops 6, and just realized I've set my sensitivity to 11 (you suggested 1.77) that's why i was getting cooked
Doesn’t it take longer to shoot your gun from tac sprint than regular sprint?
BRRRROOOOOOOOOOO I LOVE YOUR VIDEOS MAAANN PAG
Thanks 👍
Can you make a video on how to improve fps? This game runs horribly for me
Todays vid coming soon :)
I have a 32 inch 4k monitor. What is the right Monitor Distance Coefficient for me?
Follow the formula I provided. I do not know the exact resolution of that size monitor.
@TCaptainX it's 3840 x 2160
I play at 2500dpi, 8x multiplier, I’ve been playing high sensitivity since tribes vengeance and quake. I can’t quick scope at all on slow settings.
Capslock for relaoding this really made me laugh 😂
Because we are using R for relaoding since ages .
Its like saying i use arrow keys for movement 😂
Nice video though .
What does this exactly do?
if youve been at 1.33 i'd leave it tbh. 1.78 will make your tracking and wide flicks feel a bit different when you ADS (if you play on relative)
@@TCaptainX like would it just make the sensitivity actually different or would it be a form of mouse acceleration
Not sure I could ever get used to that.
same here, I really don't get it!
I’m not sure how big your desk is. Most people are not used to playing that low sens though but many of the top players do
@@RadixMalvu im not a COD guy but trying to get into it... I've played TON of CSGO/CS2 and usually people with low sense (I have a 1320 eDPI in CS2 and 3300 eDPI in BO6 .DPI x In game sense = eDPI) And usually people have big mouse pads and use arm movement instead of wrist movement. I use a higher sense in this game since the game play is a lot faster than CS2. Im still not sure if im gonna keep this sense in BO6...
im tryingto get a 1:1 sensitiity where both sensitivities is the same 360 cm but i cant find it at all it like messes up my sensitivity
1:40 What you mean with ''Bah-nn''?
Onmi movement feels better on kbm
I cant slide cancel, could you tell me what setting is messing it up?
@@coolskullripper6346 me neighter any solution ?
Sprint and press slide that’s it. If you follow my settings you can definitely slide cancel.
@@TCaptainX guess i missed it, thanks!
@@coolskullripper6346 tap spacebar to stand up canceling the slide. I don't I just slide and hope I center around the corner not too far.
@@medusavete32c yea ik its just a little different so its taking some getting used to
I was looking for a vid to watch. Looks like I found it lol
ADS sens. is not lower=slower and changing FOV while ADSing is not 1.00 also... so its slower if you left it that way. Someone correct me if I'm wrong but I had to raise it to like 1.3 to be able to track players with ads when they are close to me.
If i play at 1400 dpi what should my in game sens be
what do you think is my sens to fast im on 22.25 in game and 1750 dpi on a raw accel path when moving the mouse slow its cut in half fast is a 25% boost if i go any lower it feels slow and i am on leader boards of couple of aim trainers
Got you a Sub great video, I use 105 FOV but I’m playing in a 34 inch so mi face is a bit far from the screen.
i play on 5 sens with 1600 dpi is that good or bad
What dpi does the ps4 have if i use a 5200dpi wired mouse, since i cannot change the dpi ingame / on console
