it's a runner! it's a Honda so there was never any doubt ..... the gap on the plug looked pretty wide when you were checking for spark but I assume you've adjusted that? I never had any problems with mine in the 80s so I cant advise on what to check next, I'm sure you will find it though - absolutely spot on about sleeping on it 👍

I don’t think you set it. It’s just a spring on it, no settings
