It seems like Kara sees Brainiac as some father figure, and I don't think she truly knows what happened to Krypton and who her true family was. Im also interested to see this show take on Brainiac, too since he appears to have a more robotic design possibly as Krypton's former AI

@kiidkif2009 I don't watch promos or watch theory videos or make predictions for this show. Sure, that suited figure appeared in the last episode but Kara has never worked with brainiac in anything I've watched with her,
But that doesn't make any sense by that. We thought Kryptonian Warrior was General Zod. But it was his cousin, Kara, for the first time.
No but I hate Sam Lane so much for giving Lois such massive insecurity issues. This man made her feel like she wasn’t good enough her whole life and is STILL actively abandoning and refusing to listen to her as an adult, no wonder she’s just waiting for Clark to realize he can “do better”.

The one who climbed Mount Everest 7 times is Byrna Brilyant, aka Blue Snowman, a Wonder Woman villain.
They are a gender fluid character who was actually the first ice-themed supervillain in comics, debuting years before Captain Cold or Mr. Freeze.
16:01 I just noticed that Kara's armor is black and red like her Darksied armor from YJ and the comics. Plus the "S" symbol looks like a "Z" so along with her ego it feels like she's the shows version of Dru Zod because he armor is the same design as his.
Well, this episode was definitely intriguing. We have confirmation that the kryptonian Warrior is Kara, and there are hints that Brainiac is manipulating her, as Kara refers to him as her father. I'm not a fan of Kara being evil, but she may not actually be evil. We see signs of this from her interactions with Jimmy. She even came to Earth on her own without Brainiac and seems to find some things good about the planet. Jimmy and Kara do have chemistry together. It's such a shame that Jimmy was using his time with Kara partially to avoid Clark. Of course Jimmy felt guilty about what happened with Lex Luthor, but he at least realized what he needed to do to try to make things right with Clark, setting Kara and Clark to meet. The main plot of Superman dealing with a bachelor's contest and Lois dealing with her own insecurities after Sam left isn't as good as the Kara subplot, but it still had its moments. Cat Grant was entertaining in some parts, but I think that she unintentionally added to Lois' insecurities. Hank Henshaw has officially made himself an enemy of Superman, and to be honest, Superman should have really done more to stand up for himself. The lady Silver was a nice inclusion, as well as her defending Superman, but she only added to Lois' insecurities. At least Lois acknowledged that she and Clark don't talk anymore, which has been a huge problem for them this season. Clark even admitted to activating the beacon, while Lous finally brought up Vicki's job offer. Lois really does seem to have abandonment issues, and before Clark and Lois have to deal with their relationship issues, Superman has to fight his own cousin. They didn't have a good first meeting. Kara was happy to find her cousin at first, but Superman didn't even know it was Kara and was preoccupied with Lois. It also didn't help that Kara was disappointed that Superman didn't meet the standards of a kryptonian that Brainiac clearly indoctrinated on her. It's sad to see family reunited only to end up fighting. Superman clearly didn't want to fight his cousin, which only made it easier for Kara to have the advantage in battle. The kryptonian armor Kara wore seems to enhance and/or focus her powers, as her heat vision overpowered Superman's. However, Superman unlocked his freeze breath to counter it, which intrigued Brainiac enough to want Superman captured. This marks Superman's first battle with another kryptonian, and it's hard to see him lose, but acceptable. Superman still hasn't figured out what he's capable of, and Kara was trained to be Brainiac's soldier. It's not like this is the first time Superman and Kara have fought each other. Unfortunately, Superman gets kidnapped again, only this time he's taken into space, which is going to be harder for Lois and Jimmy to reach him.
One, youre one of the first people to note we got a season 3 renewal, and your enthusiasm is infectious.
Two: i am almost 100% positive Perry Knows who Clark is, but is keeping quiet.

I don't think DC could produce a better animated Superman adaptation in this day and age. This show has excellent writing that calls back to all kinds if Superman stories and it has modern animation aesthetics with all of the anime influence.

I actually like this adaptation of Kara and I do think she is being mind controlled because I think I saw her eyes change color when they landed on the street and Superman shot that freezebreath or beam out of his mouth, or maybe she is just being lied to or manipulated by Brainiac and Zod, but I can't wait for the next episode this series is just so good and the animation and Voice acting is great.
Jimmy and Kara have had a relationship in other media before i think. Not sure where though.

This is the only DC property where I've seen the Kryptonians being portrayed as warriors that exploit their powers and its terrifying. Earth ans the entire universe would be screwed if this was happening so I hope there's some kind if twist with Brainiac or something.

Lois Lane is a _total_ *total* *_idiot_* 🙄 🤦. She gave into her insecurities and hurt Clark more than she ever thought she could have. He was already having doubts about whether or not she actually loved him for who he truly is due to taking what she said to her dad out of context, about him being strange, without hearing the rest of the sentence that that was what she loved about him, and by giving into her insecurities and basically saying that they should break up 💔, *_she broke his heart_* 😠😡🥺😣😔! She really needs to figure out what her mistakes were and set it right 🤦♂️😔.

I can't believe Lois is so insecure and foolish that she doesn't see that Clark doesn't want someone rich and powerful like Silver, he wants HER. He already said she's perfect the way she is, the fact that she's a regular person is why he likes her. But thanks to her old man, who constantly makes her feel small, she can't see how strong she really is, nor can she see that she pushes everyone who cares for her away all because she feels like they're gonna leave her and that she constantly takes advantage of her relationship with Clark, who she constantly takes for granted. And Kara thinks CLARK is disappointing

imma be honest, i liked the episode, but it was a plot setup that needed at least 2 episodes, i get kara can be and is controlled by brainiac, but everything went from 0 to a 100000 in a blink of an eye, because superman just ignored her for a second, same with the plot regarding lois and clark, going from fine, to breaking up in the span of 6 minutes, over a decision lois took.
I get studios get limited episodes, budget and time constraints, add how quickly the show's pacing is, and that it will get fixed when clark is back to earth, but it def needed more time on this plot.
I think it did take 2 episodes for lois and clark tht is the lack of communication in the last episode and this but i agree kara got mad way too quickly
@@kiidkif2009 so so, the problem is that while it was being setup, it suffers from the same problem as the kara fight, lois goes from fine to completely breaking up in like 3 minutes, over what the gossip lady told her, and seeing clark on stage over what she told him to do, because all the situation with her dad didn't escalate nearly as much as this did.
I know it will likely go nowhere, especially with clark gone, they will almost certainly make up when he is back, but the break up outright didn't work.

Why is this season going to crap so fast?!? I don’t get it!
I was one of the many who defended this series, but for me, I'm already fed up with the weak and pathetic Superman who doesn't win a fight, just serves as a punching bag and is left struggling on the ground. It's unbelievable that when thrown into the middle of the city, the first thing he does is shout for everyone to run INSTEAD OF TRYING TO IMMOBILIZE KARA. I can't even remember when was the last time he punched someone in this series. It's not because he's kind that he's WEAK and PASSIVE. Superman is cunning, brave and strong. Honestly, I could understand him being like this in the first season but now, I can't accept it anymore. We're halfway through the second and he's still the same pathetic Superman. It's someone who is always being dragged by Lois and Jimmy, who is always saved, who never wins a fight, doesn't throw a punch, doesn't do anything. Seriously, how is this guy going to exchange punches against Zod? Seriously, it's unbelievable. It seems like it's always 8 or 80, either you win the Superman of Injustice or you win a retarded Superman who will always be useless and suffer against even the weakest villains. There is no middle ground. It's sad to think that the last decent animated adaptation of Superman has been around 15 years or more.
