- These recordings were made during a test drive on the motorway. Just as a car can be steered with one hand, so can a motorcycle, of course. In a car, I briefly let go of the steering wheel to see if the vehicle stays in lane. This test can also be done with a motorcycle. The faster the motorcycle travels, the more stable the straight line stability.
Diese Aufnahmen sind bei einer Testfahrt auf der Autobahn gemacht. So wie ein Auto mit einer Hand lenkbar ist, geht das beim Motorrad natürlich auch. Bei einem Auto lasse ich das Lenkrad kurz los, um sehen, ob das Fahrzeug in der Spur bleibt. Dieser Test kann auch mit einem Motorrad gemacht werden. Je schneller das Motorrad fährt, desto stabiler ist der Geradeauslauf.
Estas grabaciones se realizaron durante una prueba de conducción en la autopista. Así como un automóvil se puede conducir con una mano, también puede hacerlo una motocicleta, por supuesto. En un automóvil, suelto brevemente el volante para ver si el vehículo permanece en el carril. Esta prueba también se puede realizar con una motocicleta. Cuanto más rápido viaja la motocicleta, más estable es la estabilidad en línea recta.
Ces enregistrements ont été réalisés lors d'un essai routier sur autoroute. Tout comme une voiture peut être dirigée d'une seule main, il en va de même pour une moto, bien sûr. Sur une voiture, je lâche brièvement le volant pour voir si le véhicule reste sur la bonne voie. Ce test peut également être effectué avec une moto. Plus la moto se déplace rapidement, plus la stabilité en ligne droite est stable.

If I were to buy one, it would be a gasoline model. I don't like the lithium battery fundamental problem, it can't be used in cold weather. I have seen other videos. It's a bike worth going on an expedition to the Czech Republic to buy, I want one for my 2nd car. This video made my dreams grow. The price is not a problem if I save up and I could resolve to buy one someday. Great design and safety concept!
As the petrol models have no longer been built since 2017, the only option is to buy a used petrol vehicle.

Almost every new electric vehicle are expensive and out of reach of most people , so until the price drops down significantly its just a dream
these vehicles are really very expensive, but only the very best quality of material and technology is used. the current model tops everything previously produced by PERAVES. the early models were technologically cutting-edge in their time, but seem a bit old-fashioned today. almost all vehicles ever built are still being actively driven. occasionally, a used vehicle is offered for sale. perhaps you will take a taste of your dream by taking a driving course. this way, you will get to experience the special driving feeling at least once, even if your finances don't allow it.

I wish someone would do a video explaining how the controls work and how it performs in city traffic vs highway.
the difference between riding through the city centre or on the motorway is exactly the same with the cabin motorbikes as with any other motorbike, only the essential difference is also in the weight. these cabin motorbikes weigh much more than the heaviest motorbikes and you also have to learn to deal with that properly. on the motorway on long journeys, i personally ride much more relaxed in a cabin motorbike than in any car. it's all down to the seating position! in a cabin motorbike, i sit so ergonomically comfortable with a 90° pelvis and 90° knees and rest my hands very loosely on the handlebars. It's really very relaxed to ride, especially on long distances.

I think the cause the unit is not popular because of the price is expensive than buying a pick up truck sorry for that I'm just being practical in other way just suggesting an idea to minimising the price like 13k pound is just like buying an regular automobile car... if you want to get the attention of consumers

the k1200 has the perfect engine for these cabin bikes and i love the music of "yellow". in my opinion the sound fits the video very well.

It's crazy that these things cost nearly 80.000€ (electric ones).... They could actually help getting rid of the polution. But with a price like this.... imposible
yes, i also think it's a shame that the vehicles are so outrageously expensive. but it's probably because only the best materials are used and each vehicle is handmade.

Indonesia is perfect for this! I know Indonesia and I'm sure we can agree that it can't be the country considering the thousands of small islands. Wherever there are paved roads, the cabin motorbike can travel without any problems. This is not an off-road vehicle!
I can't say whether the potential market in Indonesia and throughout Asia will be developed, but I would like to see it.

I can understand that and it's not a problem. Buy your two versions. I'm sure it won't be difficult to create for you a special edition without windscreen wipers. You are also right, because the windscreen wiper is not absolutely necessary, because the rainwater is beaded off by the wind from a certain speed.
It would work perfectly well with just a dab of Rain-x but the safety natzees would never accept that.
is it more difficult to balance than a normal motorcycle?
Once you retract the support wheels, it rides like any other motorcycle. Even the smallest and tightest curves are no problem to ride. The real skill is driving slowly, just like any other motorcycle. The main difference are the two training wheels, and you have to learn how to use them properly.

Considering the small number of vehicles that have been produced so far, the chance of seeing this on the roads is rather small.
At all times, the newly built vehicles are and were always at the very highest level of technology. The current MRE-130 model is a real high-tech revolution.
A lot of roads would have to improve for them !

this is not an off-road motorbike, but on bad roads it rides just like other motorbikes.
One big problem is the price.
I love these things but the choice of power trains and price kill me. the BMW engine is lackluster and for the price of this thing I'd expect a turbocharged Hayabusa setup or a Honda v4 give it some power an soul!
the PERAVES cabin motorbike was also produced with other engines, for example with Honda Goldwing engine. Turbo engines with a lot of power were also built in. The soul is in every vehicle if you enjoy riding it. You can't talk about a riding experience until you've done it. It would have been possible to install a Hayabusa engine in the vehicle. Today, only electrically powered cabin motorbikes are built.
These things are still in the "rich idiot" stage of development. Perhaps, given time, they'll come down in price. The concept is 30 years old, perhaps it's time has come.

@@MonoRacer I am of opinion that it should be made affordable so that it will replace cars for day to day commute. People are using big cars only because of safety issues and comfort. A single person can use this vehicle and also minimize pollution (Global warming) , less accidents, less expenditure on Infrastructures, safety and standard of living.

Top speed ??
these vehicles have different engines and correspondingly different top speeds. the K1200 from the video can drive up to 250 km/h. there are also turbo engines that can drive up to 315 km/h. the new electric MRE-130 is probably supposed to be electronically limited at 240 km/h.
Even a modern 500cc motor could propel it to well over 100mph. the Euros don't even think like that.

i would very much like to ride a cabin motorbike on the nürburgring. it is not easy to register privately on a real race track. in the czech republic near brno there is a circuit called masaryk. here the cabin motorbikes are tested and the manufacturer PERAVESCZ.com might give you the opportunity to ride there. see also here:

du hast natürlich Recht, das ist kein vorbildliches Fahrverhalten. So würde ich mich auch selbst anklagen. Den von hinten habe ich tatsächlich nicht gesehen, ich habe mehr auf den Sicherheitsabstand zum voraus fahrenden Fahrzeug geachtet.
